Քարոզարշավ՝ Ֆեյսբուքից դուրս. «Փաստ»
ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Համացանցն ու տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաները օբյեկտիվորեն դարձել են Հայաստանի քաղաքական կյանքի ակտիվ դերակատարներ՝ հաշվի առնելով այդ գործիքների ներգրավվածության աստիճանը Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած հեղափոխական պրոցեսների ընթացքում: Ավելին՝ քաղաքական նոր վերնախավի ակտիվ ներկայությունը ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակներում, այդ հարթակների միջոցով հաղորդակցվելու միտումը էականորեն բարձրացրել են սոցիալական այդ ցանցի դերակատարությունը: Այն, ըստ էության, այսօր դարձել է իշխանություն– հասարակություն, ընդհանրապես քաղաքականություն–հասարակություն տեղեկատվական փոխանակման հիմնական գործիք:
Սակայն, այսքանով հանդերձ, պետք է արձանագրել, որ համացանցն ու սոցիալական ցանցերը ընդամենը տեղեկատվության փոխանակման գործիքներ են, այնինչ տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, թե դրանք ընդհանրապես փոխարինում են քաղաքական դաշտն ու կյանքը: Քարոզարշավին համացանցից դուրս հետևելու դեպքում կարելի է տեսնել այդ թյուրընկալման դրսևորումները: Առաջին հայացքից միայն սոցիալական ցանցերում, մեդիադաշտում են ընթանում քաղաքական քննարկումներն ու քարոզարշավը: Սակայն Երևանի փողոցներով, տարբեր թաղամասերով, առավել ևս՝ տարբեր գյուղերով տարբեր ժամերի քայլեիս կարելի է նկատել, որ կան քարոզարշավային այլ դրսևորումներ:
Շատերն, իհարկե, այդ դրսևորումների մեջ տեսնում են անցյալի հետքը, օրինակ, առանձին վայրերում տարբեր շտաբերի համար աշխատող կամ այդ շտաբերի առջև հավաքված տղաների խմբերի առկայությունը: Բայց մի կողմ թողնելով հարցի գեղագիտական կողմը՝ հարկ է նշել, որ հասարակության ներսում քաղաքական պրոցեսները առնվազն հայելային չեն ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակներում տեղի ունեցողի հետ: Հատկապես ահռելի քանակով ռեյտինգային թեկնածուների առկայության պայմաններում անհնար է համադրել իրական պրոցեսները վիրտուալ տիրույթի հետ: Վիրտուալ տիրույթում կան մի քանի հիմնական սյուժեներ ու հերոսներ, այնինչ իրական տիրույթում թե՛ հերոսներն են շատ, թե՛ սյուժեները: Ընտրությունները ցույց կտան, թե վիրտուալ ու իրական դաշտերից որն է լինելու առավել ազդեցիկ: Խոսքը ոչ թե ընտրության հիմնական արդյունքի՝ հաղթողի մասին է, այլ ասենք մասնակցության թվերի, առանձին վերցրած ռեյտինգային թեկնածուների ձայների համամասնության և էլեկտորալ վարքի այլ դրսևորումների:
