«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սպասելի էր, որ մի շարք աղմկոտ քրեական գործեր կհամընկնեն նախընտրական շրջանի վերջին շաբաթվա հետ: Սրա վկայությունն էր ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արամ Հարությունյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի մասին պատկան մարմինների հայտարարությունը: Սակայն բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներին վերաբերող ու աղմկոտ քրեական գործերից զատ, կան նաև, այսպես ասած, ընթացիկ դեպքեր ևս: Մասնավորապես, ըստ տարածված տեղեկատվության, դեկտեմբերի 3–ին Լոռու մարզի ոստիկանները Վանաձոր քաղաքի Բազումի, Գուգարքի, Տարոնի, ինչպես նաև Ստեփանավանի, Թումանյանի, Տաշիրի ոստիկանության բաժիններ են բերման ենթարկել 2 տասնյակից ավելի անձանց: Այս գործընթացին նախորդել էր ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի այցը Լոռու մարզ: Նույն աղբյուրի պնդմամբ, բերման ենթարկվածների թվում են ՀԷՑ–ի և «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» տեղական կառույցների մի շարք աշխատակիցներ: 
 
Նշենք, որ «Գազպրոմի» Լոռու մարզային կառույցի ղեկավարը ՀՀԿ–ական Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանի եղբայրն է: Իսկ ՀԷՑ–ն, ինչպես գիտենք, պատկանում է Սամվել Կարապետյանին, որը նաև բավական ազդեցիկ է Լոռու մարզում, իսկ ՀԷՑ-ի՝ նաև մարզային գրասենյակի ղեկավարներն են նրա անմիջական «թիմից»: 
 
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները մտավախություններ ունեն, որ Լոռու մարզում կարող են ոչ «հեղափոխական» տոկոսներ ստանալ՝ հաշվի առնելով հանրապետականների՝ այլ տարածքների համեմատ ուժեղ ռեյտինգային ցուցակն այդ մարզում, ինչպես նաև Մարուքյան եղբայրների զգալի ազդեցությունը: Հենց այս նպատակով էլ որոշվել է ոստիկանության միջոցով զգուշացնել այն սուբյեկտներին, որոնք այս ընտրություններին աշխատելու են իշխանության մրցակիցների օգտին: Ընդ որում, նման դեպքերը գուցե բացառություններ չլինեն առաջիկա մի քանի օրերին:
