Երևանում ծաղկի խանութ-սրահի աշխատակցուհու նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակումը բացահայտվել է. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 46-ամյա տղամարդուն
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են ծաղկի խանութի աշխատակցուհու նկատմամբ դանակի գործադրմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Մեկ անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ին՝ ժամը 05.36-ին, 46-ամյա տղամարդը, օգտվելով ծաղկի խանութ-սրահում վաճառողուհու միայնակ գտնվելու հանգամանքից, այցելել է խանութ-սրահ, իր հետ նախապես վերցրած դանակով աշխատակցուհու կյանքին և առողջությանը վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, այն է՝ որովայնի ձախ հատվածին սեղմելով, պահանջել է դրամարկղում առկա գումարն ու այլ արժեքավոր իրեր:
Հնչեցված սպառնալիքներից ահաբեկված՝ ծաղկի սրահի աշխատակցուհին տղամարդուն տվել է դրամարկղում առկա 260.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը, «Լենովո A 328» մոդելի բջջային և «Պանասոնիկ» տեսակի հեռախոսները, ինչպես նաև՝ 3 հատ վարդ:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 30-ին ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով: Իրականացվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ՝ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավվել խանութի տարածքում գործող տեսանկարահանող սարքը, հարցաքննվել են վկաներ, կատարվել է լուսանկարով ճանաչման ներկայացնելու քննչական գործողություն, որի ժամանակ ծաղկի խանութի աշխատակցուհին ճանաչել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին։ Խանութի սեփականատերը և աշխատակցուհին ճանաչվել են տուժող և հարցաքննվել դեպքի շուրջ:
Քրեական գործով էական հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ:
2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 3-ին նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով և 182-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3.1-րդ կետով: Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում ընտրելու վերաբերյալ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
