Կրիմինալ ասվածը տեղ չունի մեր հասարակության մեջ. Վալերի Օսիպյանը Վանաձորում է
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանն աշխատանքային այցով այսօր այցելել է Լոռու մարզ, հանդիպել ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածուների, ինչպես նաեւ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության կազմի ու ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների հետ: Հանդիպման նպատակը նախընտրական եւ հետընտրական շրջանում օրինականության հաստատման ու հնարավոր հանցագործությունները կանխելն էլ:
«Ես Ձեզ խնդրում եմ՝ աջակցել ոստիկանությանը, երբ կնկատեք խախտումներ, ահազանգեք ու աջակցեք: Չնայածր, ոստիկանությունը տիրապետում է այս ամենին եւ ի վիճակի է իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները կատարել»
«Այն գործընթացը, որ յուրաքանչյուր ընտրությունների ժամանակ նկատվում էր, չի լինելու եւ տեղում կանխվելու է, գազելներով տանել-բերել, տրանսպորտով տանել բերել բացառելու ենք, տեղում բերման ենք ենթարկելու եւ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ընթացք ենք տալու»,- նախազգուշացրել է ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը՝ շարունակելով. «Ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի իր հանցավոր կապերով ազդեցություն ունենալ ընտրության վրա, որեւէ կրիմինալի մասնակցությունը ընտրատեղամասում պետք է լինի միայն ու միայն ընտրել հեռանալով, որեւէ կաշկանդված ոստիկան չտեսնեմ Լոռու մարզում», ասել է ոստիկանապետը՝ նշելով, որ իր համար կապ չունի, թե ով է իր դիմաց կանգնածը՝ անկախ գրպանի պարունակությունից ու կարողություններից:
Թեկնածուների ու քաղաքացիների հետ հանդիպումից հետո ոստիկանապետը խորհրդակցություն է իրականացրել նաեւ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների անձնակազմերի հետ, որը լրագրողների համար փակ է եղել:
Հանդիպման ավարտին Վալերի Օսիպյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հաստատեց՝ բացառելու են որեւէ ընտրախախտում, պատասխանը կոշտ է լինելու: ՀԺ-ի հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք ամեն դեպքում կլինեն թաղային հեղինակություններ ու այլ անձինք, ովքեր այս ամենին զուգահեռ կփորձեն ընտրախախտումներ թույլ տալ, Օսիպյանն ասաց. «Անկեղծ ասած՝ ես շատ եմ ուզում, որ նման բան լինի, որ բոլորին ցույց տամ, թե ինչի է ընդունակ ոստիկանությունը, քանի որ մենք կաշկանդված չենք որեւէ մեկի նկատմամբ: Մեր համար կապ չունի, թե ով որ կուսակցությունից է, տան հեղինակություն է, թե փողոցի: ՀՀ վարչապետը իմ առջեւ խնդիր է դրել, ու այդ խնդիրը մենք պետք է լուծենք՝ ապահովենք օրենքի հավասարությունը բոլոր կուսակցությունների ու թեկնածուների համար: Առավել եւս անթույլատրելի եմ համարում «կրիմինալ» ասվածը, դա տեղ չունի մեր հասարակության մեջ, եթե որեւէ մեկը կփորձի զբաղվել այլ բաներով, կարժանանա ամենախիստ մոտեցմանը, մենք հանդուրժող չենք լինելու»:
