SOCIETYՎարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցավակցական հեռագիր է հղել ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփին` ԱՄՆ 41-րդ նախագահ Ջորջ Բուշ Ավագի մահվան կապակցությամբ։
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից։
Հեռագրում, մասնավորապես, նշվում է.
«Խոր ցավով ընդունեցինք ԱՄՆ 41-րդ նախագահ Ջորջ Բուշ Ավագի մահվան լուրը։ Նա արժանավոր ամերիկացի էր, մեծ հայրենասեր, ով իր տեսանելի հետքը թողեց ոչ միայն Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների, այլև համաշխարհային քաղաքականության մեջ։
Մենք՝ հայերս, մշտապես երախտագիտությամբ ենք հիշելու Ջորջ Բուշ Ավագին թե՛ որպես մեծ քաղաքական գործչի, թե՛ որպես մեծ մարդասերի: Դեռևս ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ եղած տարիներին, Սպիտակի ավերիչ երկրաշարժից հետո, նա իր ընտանիքի անդամներին ուղարկեց Հայաստան՝ ուղեկցելու ամերիկյան օգնությունն ու կիսելու մեր մեծ վիշտը։
Ջորջ Բուշի պաշտոնավարման տարիներին էր, երբ Հայաստանը վերանվաճեց իր անկախությունը և դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատեց ԱՄՆ-ի հետ: Նա մեծապես սատար է կանգնել մեր երկրի անկախ պետականության կայացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը:
Հայաստանի ժողովրդի և անձամբ իմ անունից խնդրում եմ մեր խորին վշտակցությունը փոխանցել Նախագահ Բուշի ընտանիքին ու ԱՄՆ ողջ ժողովրդին։ Այս ծանր պահին ձեզ հետ են մեր սրտերն ու աղոթքները»։
