«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախընտրական քարոզարշավների ընթացքում հատկապես մոդայիկ են դառնում տարատեսական սոցիոլոգիական կանխատեսումներ ն այն մասին, թե որ ուժերը ինչքան ձայն են ստանալու: Հաճախ այդպիսի կանխատեսումների հիմքում չկա որևէ գիտական մեթոդաբանություն, ընդհակառակը, նմանատիպ կանխատեսումներն ավելի շատ  գուշակություն են հիշեցնում: Հաճախ էլ փորձ է արվում նման կանխատեսումների քողի ներքո իրականացնել այս կամ այն ուժի քարոզչությունը: 

Ինչևէ, չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ առաջիկա ընտրություններում հաղթողի անունն արդեն պարզ է, բայց պարզ չեն բազմաթիվ այլ հարցեր, սկսած ընտրության ֆավորիտի ձայների տոկոսից, երկրորդ և երրորդ տեղերը զբաղեցնող ուժերից: Բանն այն է, որ տարիներ շարունակ հայաստանցի ընտրողը դրսևորել է այնպիսի վարք, որի հիման վրա մոտավոր կանխատեսումներ անելը բավական բարդ է:

Հատկապես հիմա, երբ ընտրություններն անցնում են ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով, իսկ քարոզարշավն ավելի շատ համամասնական բնույթ ունի, դժվար է հասկանալ, թե որ մոտիվացիան է ավելի ազդեցիկ լինելու քաղաքացիներին տեղամաս ուղղորդելու հարցում, ըստ այդմ, որ մոտիվացիայով և  ում է քվեարկելու ընտրողը:

Միայն արտաքուստ, ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակն ու մեդիադաշտը դիտարկելով է տպավորություն ստեղծվում ընտրության արդյունքների լրիվ կանխատեսելիության մասին: Իրականում, սակայն, ֆեյսբուքից ու ԶԼՄ դաշտից դուրս ևս կա իրողություն, ընդ որում, իրողություն, որտեղ ներգրավված ընտրողները միանշանակ ավելի շատ են: Մինչ մենք զբաղված ենք տեղեկատվական հարթակում եղած ինֆորմացիան սպառելով, այդ հարթակից դուրս վստահաբար տեղի է ունենում նախընտրական քարոզարշավ ևս: Իսկ թե ինչպիսին է լինելու ընտրության արդյունքը, առավելապես պայմանավորվելու է հենց այդ՝ առաջին հայացքից անտեսանելի քարոզարշավով:
