Չին-ամերիկյան առեւտրային հնարավոր գործարք. տնտեսական աշխարհը շունչը պահած սպասում է
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱրգենտինայի Բուենոս Այրես քաղաքում այս շաբաթ անցկացվելու է Մեծ քսանյակի գագաթաժողովը։ Ամենակարեւոր հանդիպումների շարքում է լինելու Չինաստանի ու ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահների միջեւ հանդիպումը։
Ինչպես Սպիտակ տան տնտեսական հարցերով խորհրդական Լարրի Քուդլոուն է ասում, Թրամփը պատրաստ է խոսել Չինաստանի հետ առեւտրային պատերազմը ավարտելու ուղիների մասին։ Դրա համար, ասում է նա, հարկավոր է լուծել այնպիսի խնդիրներ, որոնք կապված են սեփականության հափշտակությունների, տեխնոլոգիական կարողությունների ստիպողական փոխադրումների, բարձր սակագների ու սեփականության հարցերի հետ։
Եթե կողմերը համաձայնության չգան, Սպիտակ տունը կքննարկի չինական 2ՕՕ միլիարդ դոլարի համարժեք ներկրումների սակագները բարձրացնելու, ինչպես նաեւ եւս 267 միլիարդ դոլարի համարժեք ներկրումների վրա հավելյալ սակագներ հաստատելու մասին։
Չինաստանում ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Ուինսթոն Լորդի խոսքերով, նախագահ Թրամփը ճիշտ է վարվում տնտեսական անհավասարությունները շտկելու գործում, սակայն սակագները բարձրացնելու փոխարեն, ասում է նա, հարկավոր է շեշտը դնել տեխնոլոգիական միջոցների ստիպողական փոխադրումների եւ մտավոր սեփականության հափշտակումները դադարեցնելու վրա։
Չինական կողմը հավատացած է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ առեւտրային պատերազմը կարող է մասնատել համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը։
Չինաստանի առեւտրի փոխնախարար Ուանգ Շոուենի խոսքերով, այսօր, երբ մեծ դժվարությունների տակ են հայտնվել համաշխարհային առեւտուրն ու ներդրումները, Մեծ քսանյակն ունի առեւտուրն ու ներդրումները պաշտպանելու պատասխանատվություն։
Իսկ առեւտրային լարվածությունը մեղմելու դեպքում կմեղմվի նաեւ լարվածությունը ֆինանսական շուկաներում։ Այսինքն՝ ներդրողներն ուշադրությամբ են հետեւելու առեւտրի հարցում ԱՄՆ-ի ու Չինաստանի միջեւ առկա խնդիրները լուծելու ընթացքին։
Ասիա-խաղաղօվկիանոսյան համագործակցության գագաթաժողովը նոյեմբերի կեսերին չկարողացավ ապահովել չին-ամերիկյան համատեղ մի հայտարարություն։ Այդ պատճառով, ֆինանսական աշխարհն այսօր անհամբերությամբ է սպասում տեսնելու համար, թե արդյոք Մեծ քսանյակին կհաջողվի ֆինանսական աշխարհը դուրս բերել փակուղուց, թե անհաջողության դեպքում այն կտանի դեպի նոր պատային իրավիճակի։
