ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախընտրական քարոզարշավի երեք օրերը տպավորություն են թողնում, թե ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակին բնորոշ քննարկումները պարզապես տեղափոխվել են նախընտրական ելույթների մակարդակ: Մասնակից ուժերի գերակշիռ մասը զբաղված է օրվա լրահոսին արձագանքելով, փոխադարձ հնչած հայտարարությունները հերքելով, դրանց պատասխանելով: Կարծես թե գործ ունենք ոչ թե քարոզարշավի հետ, որի նպատակը պետք է լիներ առավել համակարգված խոսակցությունը քաղաքացիների հետ, այլ արագ արձագանքման ռեժիմում ինֆորմացիոն մինի պատերազմի, որտեղ մասնակից ուժերը՝ հետևելով օրվա ինֆորմացիային, արձագանքում, հակադարձում ու քննադատում են միմյանց:
Ինչ–որ առումով այս ամենում դերակատարություն ունի նաև տեխնոլոգիական այն զարգացումը, որի ականատեսն ենք մենք հիմա, երբ ինֆորմացիան տարածվում է այնպիսի արագությամբ ու քանակությամբ, որ հաճախ հնարավոր չէ ֆիլտրել այն: Սակայն իր այս առավելությամբ հանդերձ, տեխնոլոգիաները Հայաստանի փաստացի դատարկ, ասելիքից զուրկ քաղաքական դաշտում դառնում են չարիք՝ քաղաքական ուժերին մղելով մի տեղ, որտեղ ոչ թե համակարգված ու մշակված խոսքի, այլ «այստեղ և հիմա» ռեժիմում միմյանց հնչեցրած մտքերի արձագանքի հետ գործ ունենք:
Քաղաքական ուժերը, կարծես թե, նախընտրական հանդիպումներն օգտագործում են որպես բեմահարթակ միմյանց պատասխանելու համար, ինչի արդյունքում խաղից դուրս է մնում քարոզարշավի հիմնական շահառուն՝ հասարակությունը: Իսկ հասարակության խնդիրները հաճախ դուրս են ամենօրյա, ընթացիկ ինֆորմացիոն հոսքերից, այդ խնդիրներն ավելի խորքային են, հետևաբար նրանք սպասում են խորքային լուծումների, խնդիրների մասին խորքային խոսակցության: Ցավոք, սակայն, մենք այժմ գործ ունենք լրիվ հակառակի հետ: Այս իմաստով պատահական չէ ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակի հետ համեմատությունը, որովհետև ֆեյսբուքյան հարթակն էլ վերջին տարիներին կարծես դարձել է ոչ թե քննարկումների, այլ արագ արձագանքման, հերքման, հաստատման կամ ուղղակի բամբասանքի ու մրոտելու դաշտ:
