Երկրի տարածքում բացված ընտրատեղամասերը փակվելու են տեղի ժամանակով 20:00-ին, իսկ արտերկրում քվեարկությունը կշարունակվի մինչև 24:00-ն:
Ընտրության իրավունք ունի Վրաստանի 3,5 մլն քաղաքացի, երկրի տարածքում կա 3700 ընտրատեղամաս, իսկ երկրից դուրս՝ 55:
Բացի այդ հաղորդվում է, որ վրաց ՆԳՆ-ը հնարավոր հանցագործության 11 դեպք է քննում, այդ թվում և Կախեթում տեղի ունեցած հրաձգության միջադեպը: ՆԳ փոխնախարար Նատիա Մեզվրիշվիլիի խոսքով՝ ընտրություններն ուղեկցվում են ծեծկռտուքներով, իսկ հրաձգության մասին երեկոյան հայտնել է «Ռուսթավի 2» հեռուստաալիքը, որի տվյալներով՝ կրակոցներ են հնչել 19-րդ ընտրատեղամասի մոտ այն պահին, երբ այնտեղ է գտնվել Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիի եղբայրը՝ Դավիթ Սաակաշվիլիին: ВАЗ 2106 մեքենայից անհայտ անձինք մի քանի անգամ օդ են կրակել:
