ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը նոյեմբերի 28-ին ընդունել է Թուրքմենստանի առողջապահության նախարարության գլխավոր մասնագետների եւ բժշկական առաջատար կենտրոնների ղեկավարների: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, պատվիրակությունը Հայաստանում է ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի (UNICEF) եւ Յոդին համընդհանուր համացանցի աջակցությամբ: Այցի նպատակն է ուսումնասիրել մեր երկրում իրականացվող նորածնային սքրինինգի փորձը, որն արդեն տասներեք տարի է իրականացվում է Հայաստանում:

Արա Բաբլոյանը անդրադարձել է առողջապահության, սոցիալական ապահովության, երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտներում Հայաստանում ձեւավորված օրենսդրական դաշտին:

Արա Բաբլոյանը հյուրերի խնդրանքով ներկայացրել է նորածնային սքրինինգի ծրագրերը ներդնելու, կյանքի կոչելու հարցում մասնագետների ջանքերը, կատարած աշխատանքն ու արդյունքները:

Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարի խոսքով` կյանքի ցիկլի վաղ փուլից հաշմանդամության առկայությունը բացահայտելու, անհրաժեշտ միջամտություն ցուցաբերելու դեպքում համալիր ծառայությունների ու միջոցառումների օգնությամբ միանգամայն իրատեսական է ապահովել երեխայի հետագա ամբողջական ներգրավվածությունը հասարակական կյանքին:

Ըստ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի` լավագույն արդյունքներ կարելի է ունենալ, եթե առկա է սոցիալական, առողջապահական եւ կրթական ոլորտների միջգերատեսչական համագործակցություն` համայնքային մարմինների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ:

Օրենսդիր մարմնի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ մոդելի կիրառման կարեւոր առանձնահատկություններից է զարգացման խնդիրներ կամ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների համար պետության կողմից վերականգնողական ծառայություններ, կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորություն եւ լիարժեք խնամք ապահովելը:

Թուրքմենստանից ժամանած հյուրերը շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Արա Բաբլոյանին ջերմ ընդունելության եւ իրենց հետաքրքրրող թեմաներին հանգամանալի անդրադառնալու համար: Նրանք նշել են, որ Հայաստանում իրականացված արդյունավետ փորձը հնարավորինս կկիրառեն իրենց երկրում:

Պատվիրակության անդամները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել հետագա համագործակցության ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման հարցում:
