Արթուր Վանեցյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել ավելի քան մեկ ամիս առաջ Կառավարության շենք նռնակով մուտք գործելու փորձ ձեռնարկած 43-ամյա տղամարդու վերաբերյալ
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Կառավարության շենք նռնակով մուտք գործելու փորձ ձեռնարկած 43-ամյա տղամարդու վերաբերյալ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Արթուր Վանեցյանը նշեց, որ 43-ամյա տղամարդը ցանկանում էր աշխատանք գտնել և նրան չէր հաջողվում դա անել, ուստի որոշել էր այդ քայլով ուշադրություն գրավել:
« Նա Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ է, ազատամարտիկ, ով հաշվառված է հոգեբուժական կլինիկայում: Քաղաքացին մեզ հայտնել էր, որ աշխատանք է ուզում գտնել, սակայն նրան աշխատանք չէին տալիս: Նա այդ քայլով ցանկանում էր ուշադրություն գրավել: Ինքը դիմել է նաև ինձ` ԱԱԾ համակարգում աշխատելու համար, բայց ԱԱԾ օրենքը արգելում է 27 տարին լրացած և բարձր անձանց աշխատանքի ընդունելը, ինչպես նաև հոգեբուժական կլինիկայում հաշվառվածներին»,- հայտնեց Վանեցյանը:
Վանեցյանը հավելեց նաև, որ տղամարդը դեռևս գտնվում է կալանքի տակ:
Կառավարության շենք նռնակով մուտք գործելու փորձ ձեռնարկած 43-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, բացի ողորկափող հրազենից և դրա փամփուշտներից, ռազմամթերք, ակոսափող հրազենի փամփուշտներ, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը):
Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի երեկոյան 43-ամյա տղամարդը ձեռքի նռնակով փորձել էր մուտք գործել կառավարության շենք՝ ինքնապայթեցման նպատակով, սակայն շենքի մուտքի մոտ վնասազերծվել էր տեղում ծառայություն իրականացնող ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից:
