ՀՀ  քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է «Գյումրու Մ.Նալբանդյանի անվան պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի շրջանավարտներից խաբեությամբ գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ  հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Ինչպես հայտնում են ՔԿ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել նաև՝ «Գյումրու Մ.Նալբանդյանի անվան պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի աշխատակիցների կողմից առերևույթ կաշառք ստանալու մասին:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ուսումնական հաստատության  շրջանավարտներից մեկը ցուցմունք  է տվել այն մասին, որ ուսանողական տարիներին դասախոսներից մեկին  գումար է  տվել ընթացիկ քննությունների ու ստուգարքների համար, իսկ ավարտական պետական քննությանը դրական գնահատական ստանալու համար իրենից գումար  է պահանջել և ստացել իրենց ֆակուլտետի դեկանը:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ  քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ախուրյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Գործով բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննություն ապահովելու համար  որոշում է կայացվել՝ հիշյալ երկու քրեական գործերը մեկ վարույթում միացնելու և համատեղ քննություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ:
