Ղրիմի դատարանը կալանավորել է 24 ուկրաինացի նավաստիներից 7-ին
SOCIETYՍիմֆերոպոլի Կիևյան շրջանային դատարանը երկու ամսով կալանավորել է Ուկրաինայի Ռազմածովային ուժերի 7 նավաստու, որոնց ձերբակալել էին Կերչի նեղուցում Ռուսաստանի սահմանը հատելիս:
Ինչպես հայտնում է РИА Новости-ն, Սիմֆերոպոլի Կիևյան շրջանային դատարանը երեքշաբթի որոշում է 24 ուկրաինացի կալանավորված նավաստիներից 12-ի խափանման միջոցը:
«Խափանման միջոցն ընտրվել է 7 զինծառայայողի համար: Նիստը շարունակվում է», - ասել է դատարանի ներկայացուցիչը:
Ավելի ուշ հայտնի է դարձել, որ դատարանը երկու ամսով կալանավորել է նաև Ուկրաինայի զինված ուժերի սպա Սերգեյ Պոպովին, որը նույնպես ձերբակալվել է Կերչի նեղուցում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՌԴ Անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության հաղորդմամբ՝ Ուկրաինայի ռազմածովային ուժերի երեք նավ նոյեմբերի 25-ին Սև ծովից դեպի Կերչի նեղուց շարժվելիս խախտել են ռուսական սահմանը: Նշվում է, որ ռազմանավերը չեն արձագանքել իրենց ուղեկցող ռուսական նավերի կանգնելու օրինական պահանջին և վտանգավոր մանևրեր են իրականացրել, որից հետո կալանավորվել են:
