Տուսկը կոնսուլտացիաներ կանցկացնի ԵՄ-ի բարեփոխման վերաբերյալ Լոնդոնի առաջարկների շուրջ

Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավար Դոնալդ Տուսկը հայտարարել Է, որ ԵՄ-ի անդամ երկրների կառավարությունների հետ հաջորդ շաբաթ երկկողմ կոնսուլտացիաներ կանցկացնի հանրակցության բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ներկայացրած առաջարկությունների շուրջ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Reuters-ին:
Գործակալության տվյալների համաձայն՝ Տուսկը հաստատել Է, որ նամակ Է ստացել Միացյալ Թագավորության վարչապետ Դեւիդ Քեմերոնից, որը Լոնդոնի չորս պահանջ Է բովանդակում ԵՄ-ին երկրի անդամակցության պայմանների վերանայման շուրջ Բրյուսելի հետ բանակցություններում:
Եվրահանձնաժողովը «խիստ խնդրահարույց» Է համարում ԵՄ-ի բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ Դեւիդ Քեմերոնի առաջարկությունները, որոնց իրականացման պայմանով երկրի կառավարող կուսակցությունը քաղաքացիներին կհորդորի առաջիկա հանրաքվեում դեմ քվեարկել հանրակցության կազմից Միացյալ Թագավորության դուրս գալուն: Այդ մասին հայտարարել Է Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչը:
«Մենք հենց նոր ենք ստացել Քեմերոնի նամակը: Նրա առանձին առաջարկություններ շատ խնդրահարույց են»,-նշել Է նա:
Ավելի վաղ Քեմերոնը հանդես Է եկել ի պաշտպանություն Մեծ Բրիտանիայում եւ եվրոյի գոտու մեջ չմտնող մյուս երկրների միասնական շուկայի: «Դա մեր բանակցությունների մաս Է կազմում, Եվրոպայի ղեկավարները պետք Է պաշտպանեն Մեծ Բրիտանիային եւ եվրոգոտու մեջ չմտնող մյուս երկրներին»,-ասել Է նա: «ԵՄ-ն պետք Է ընդունի, որ դա միություն Է, որտեղ մեկից ավելի արժույթ կա, առանց խտրականության»,-ընդգծել Է Քեմերոնը:
Նա նաեւ ասել Է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան համաձայն չԷ դեպի ավելի սերտ միություն ԵՄ-ի շարժման սկզբունքին: «Դեպի առավել սերտ միություն շարժման սկզբունքը չպետք Է տարածվի Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վրա»,-ասել Է նա: «Եկել Է ժամանակը՝ ազգային խորհրդարաններին ավելի մեծ ազատություն տալու ԵՄ-ի օրինաստեղծ գործունեության մեջ»,-հավելել Է Քեմերոնը:
Նա նաեւ հանդես Է եկել ԵՄ-ի երկրներից Մեծ Բրիտանիա միգրացիան սահմանափակելու օգտին: «Մեզ հարկավոր են ԵՄ-ի երկրներից միգրացիայի ավելի խիստ հսկողության միջոցներ»,-ասել Է նա: Մասնավորապես, վարչապետի խոսքով՝ ուղեւորությունների ազատության սկզբունքը չպետք Է կիրառվի ԵՄ-ի նոր անդամների վերաբերմամբ:
Քեմերոնըհայտարարել Է, որ պատրաստ Է պայքարել ԵՄ-ին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի անդամակցությունը պահպանելու համար, բայց չի բացառում դաշինքից երկրի դուրս գալն այն դեպքում, եթե ձախողվեն նրա անդամակցության պայմանների վերանայման շուրջ բանակցությունները, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
