«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Քարոզարշավի առաջին երկու օրերը անցան բավական ագրեսիվ տոնայնությամբ: Իշխող ուժը խախտեց վերջին շրջանում իր իսկ կողմից որդեգրած հանդարտ գործելաոճն ու սկսեց առավել կոշտ ու կտրուկ հռետորաբանություն բանեցնել: Սասուն Միքայելյանի հայտնի խոսքերն ու դրան հետևած արձագանքը դարձավ իշխանական քարոզարշավային հռետորաբանության առանցքը: Մասնավորաբար ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերով Փաշինյանն առավել ծավալուն անդրադարձավ խնդրին՝ նշելով, որ որևէ մեկը չպետք է փորձի դիվիդենտ շահել Միքայելյանի ասածի վրա:

Իրականում, սակայն, քաղաքական պրոցեսը, հատկապես նախընտրական պրոցեսը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան դիվիդենտներ հավաքելու հնարավորություն: Դժվար է մրցակիցներին  մեղադրել քո իսկ բացթողումների վրա դիվիդենտ հավաքելու մեջ, մանավանդ, որ Փաշինյանն ինքը տարիներ շարունակ եղել  է նախորդ իշխանությունների բացթողումների վրա դիվիդենտ հավաքելու անխոնջ մարտիկ, ավելին՝ դրա հաշվին կուտակել է ահռելի քաղաքական կապիտալ:

Հատկապես քարոզարշավի ընթացքում փոխադարձ բացթողումների վրա դիվիդենտ հավաքելու պրոցեսը նորմալ է: Նորմալ չէ այլ բան, որ ուժերը մրցում են՝ թիրախավորելով միմյանց բացթողումները բացառապես խոսքի մակարդակում: Ծրագրային քննադատություն փաստացի չկա, որովհետև չկա ծրագրային քաղաքականություն և քարոզարշավ ընդհանրապես: Եվ այն հանգամանքը, որ քարոզարշավի առաջին երկու օրերն անցնում են փոխադարձ ագրեսիվ փոխհրաձգությունների, միմյանց սխալները  արձանագրելու տրամաբանությամբ, ազդակ  է առ այն, որ այս քարոզարշավը ևս մեկ անգամ ի ցույց է դնելու ծրագրային քաղաքականության բացակայության տխուր հանգամանքը: Հանգամանք, որ հնարավորություն ուներ փոխվելու՝ հաշվի առնելով հեղափոխության ընձեռած ռեստարտի հնարավորությունը: Սկզբունքորեն էլի ուշ չէ, դեռ տասն օր կա: Սակայն միտումները դրա օգտին չեն խոսում: Գոնե առայժմ:
