POLITICSՌոբերտ Քոչարյանը՝ ընդդեմ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գործով Վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարանի դատավոր Նորա Կարապետյանն ինքնաբացարկ է հայտնել:
Բանն այն է, որ առաջին ատյանի դատարանը մերժել էր հայցվորի ներկայացուցիչ Հայկ Ալումյանի միջնորդությունը՝ հայցի ապահովում կիրառելու վերաբերյալ: Դատարանի այս որոշումը Ալումյանը բողոքարկել է Վերաքննիչ քաղաքացիական դատարան:
Մեր զրույցում Ալումյանն ասաց, որ դատավորի ինքնաբացարկ հայտնելու պատճառն այն է, որ վերջինս եղել է իր փորձնակը, բացի դա Կարապետյանի հետ գտնվում են բարեկամական հարաբերությունների մեջ:
Մեր հարցին, թե ի՞նչ գործողություններ պետք է արգելվեր պատասխանողին, ներկայացուցիչն ասաց, որ միջնորդել էր մինչեւ գործի ավարտը արգելել վարչապետին՝ մեկնաբանություններ անել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի քրեական գործի հետ կապված:
Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացանք, որ ներկայացուցչի բողոքը մակագրվել է դատավոր Կարեն Չիլինգարյանին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Քոչարյանի ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Հայկ Ալումյանը սեպտեմբերի 19-ին հայցադիմում էր ներկայացրել դատարան՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հրապարակայնորեն ներողություն խնդրել պարտավորեցնելու պահանջով։ Հայցը վարույթ է ընդունվել, սակայն դեռ նիստի օր չի նշանակվել:
