ԱԺ-ն երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկում է նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու օրենքի քննարկման ժամանակ անդրադարձավ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորների քննադատական ելույթներին: «Այստեղ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր խոսում են պետության կառավարման, պետության շահերի մասին: Այ հարգելիներ, դուք մի կուսակցություն, մի խմբակցություն չկարողացաք պահել: Մի կուսակցություն, մի խմբակցություն փ ոշիացրեցիք: Դուք ուր, պետական կառավարումն ուր»,-  նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Դիմելով պատգամավորներին՝ Շարմազանովը կոչ արեց խոսել քննարկվող օրենքի մասին, որը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: «Մենք այստեղ չենք քննարկում, թե ով ժամանաÏին ինչ է արել, նախկինում ինչեր են եղել: Մենք քննարկում ենք՝ ի՞նչ անել: Եվ մենք հիմա այս օրենքով անում ենք այնպես, որ մեր բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ կարողանան իրականացնել իրենց սահմանադրական իրավունքը»,- եզրափակեց Շարմազանովը:

Ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկում է նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը: Պատգամավորներն իրենց ելույթներում հիմնականում շեղվեցին բուն օրենքից և սկսեցին կրկին խոսել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների առավելությունների և թերությունների մասին: ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավորներն էլ հերթական անգամ պնդում էին, որ նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու հնարավորություն ընձեռելու եղանակով իշխանությունները ցանկանում են կեղծել հանրաքվեն:
