Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը` տնտեսական հեղափոխության մտքի հեղինակ և իրականացնող
SOCIETYԱյսօր ունենք մի վիճակ, երբ Հայաստանում քաղաքական հեղափոխությունը կայացել է, սակայն եթե նպատակ կա երկրում ռադիկալ փոփոխությունների հասնելու համար, ապա անհրաժեշտ է նաև նույն գործնական քայլերը կիրառել նաև տնտեսական բլոկում։ Տրամաբանականն այն է, որ քաղաքական առաջնահերթությունների պայմաններում տնտեսությունը պետք է համընթաց զարգանա։ Տնտեսական հեղափոխության առաջնայնությունների մասին առաջինը սկսեց խոսել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով պարբերաբար շեշտում էր, որ համակարգային փոփոխության համար կարևոր է տնտեսության «ռեստարտը»՝ հստակ տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը, որը երկիրի տնտեսությունը կհանի կոլապսային վիճակից: ԲՀԿ-ի առաջնորդը դեռևս շաբաթներ առաջ էր հայտարարել, ու հստակ ֆիքսել, թե կոնրետ քայլերով ինչ պետք է արվի, տնտեսական հեղափոխությունն իրականություն դարձնելու՝ խոսքը գործի վերածելու համար։
Հոկտեմբերի վերջին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից կազմակերպվել էր «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագրով համաժողովը, որին մասնակցում էին ներդրողներ աշխարհի շուրջ 20 երկներից: Ծառուկյանն իր խոսքում նշել էր, որ ինքը պատրաստ է բիզնեսի և ներդրումների համար համար ստեղծել բարենպաստ միջավայր: ԲՀԿ ղեկավարը պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ներկայացնել ՀՀ բիզնես միջավայրի առանձնահատկություններն ու սպեցիֆիկությունը, աջակցել, որ օտարերկրյա բիզնեսն իրեն զգա ինչպես տանը:
Ծառուկյանն իր խոսքում շեշտել է, որ երկու կողմերի համար էլ դա շատ օգտակար և արդյունավետ կլինի, նաև հավելել, որ ներդրողի համար կարևոր են երաշխիքներն ու որոշակի արտոնությունները բիզնես միջավայրում, ինչպես ընդունված է բոլոր զարգացած երկրներում: Ծառուկյանի խոսքով՝ պետությունը նույնպես շահագրգիռ է ներդրումային միջավայրի պարզեցման և աջակցման գործում: Հավելենք, որ, ըստ էության, ներդրողի համար հավասար պայմանները հաջողության կեսն են: Քչերին է հայտնի, որ Գ. Ծառուկյանը վերջին 2,5 տարվա ընթացքում շուրջ 3 մլդ դոլարի ներդրումներ է կատարել, հիմնականում այն ոլորտներներում, որոնք կարող են հանդիսանալ քարշակ մյուս ճյուղերի աճի համար:
