Չեմ կարծում՝ բանակում չծառայածը բանակի մասին խոսելու իրավունք է վաստակել. ՊՆ նախկին փոխնախարարը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասին
SOCIETYԲանակում չծառայածի կողմից բանակի մասին ցանկացած միտք ես չեմ ուզում մեկնաբանել: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար Արտակ Դավթյանը` անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար, «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի ցուցակը գլխավորող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը,ըստ որի` այսօր բանակից մարդիկ են խոսում, ովքեր 20 տարուց ավելի ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը թալանած թիմի ներկայացուցիչներ են և որոնց ղեկավարությամբ այդ թալանը տեղի է ունեցել: « Այդ մարդկանց լեզուն պտտվում է և բանակի մասին են խոսում, ծպտուն չհանեք բանակի մասին, հանրապետական եք, ինչ եք, դուք թալանել եք բանակը, դուք թալանել եք երկիրը, դուք արժեքներից չխոսեք»,-ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի ծառայել օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, Արտակ Դավթյանն ասաց. «Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով է, թե օրենքով սահմանված կարգով չէ, միևնույնն է, ես չեմ կարծում, որ ինքը վաստակել է իրավունք` խոսելու բանակի, մարտականության հարցերի մասին: Ես նրան կհակադարձեմ հետևյալ հարցով, իսկ մեր անվտանգության թիվ մեկ երաշխավորը և ապահովողը ո՞ր կառույցն է»:
Արտակ Դավթյանը նկատեց, որ բանակը նաև ամենակայացած կառույցն է: «Եթե այդքան խոսում է թալանի մասին, և եթե թալան եղել է իր նշած միլիարդավոր գումարներով, ապա թող հետ բերի, դրանով ներդրում ապահովի, թոշակ, աշխատավարձ, նպաստ բարձրացնի, հերիք է միայն խոսա»,-ասաց նա:
Դիտարկմանը, թե ձեր թիմում էլ կան չծառայածներ, կարծում եք՝ նրա՞նք էլ իրավունք չունեն խոսել բանակից, նա ասաց. «Դուք կոնկրետ հարց եք տալիս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ասածի առումով, ես կոնկրետ պատասխանում եմ»:
Արտակ Դավթյանի խոսքով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընկել է իր «եդեմական աշխարհը»: «Այն, ինչ իր մոտ ստացվում է, քայլելն է, անընդհատ միայն վատը տեսնելն է: Այն ամենը, ինչը խիստ «նիկոլական» է, իր մոտ դա հրաշալի ստացվում է»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Սասուն Միքայելյանի գնահատականին, թե եթե չլիներ այս հաղթանակը` հեղափոխությունը, կարող է կորցնեինք նաև Արցախյան ազատամարտի հաղթանակը, Արտակ Դավթյանն ասաց. «Ես ուղղակի նրան կհարցնեի, իսկ ինքը որտե՞ղ կլիներ, եթե Արցախի ազատամարտը չլիներ»:
