ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունն առաջինը Հայաստանի ապահովագրական շուկայում կնքել է ավելի քան 1,000,000 ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր: Դա վկայում է քաղաքացիների վստահության բարձր մակարդակի մասին, որը պահպանվում է պարտադիր ապահովագրության մասին օրենքի գործողության բոլոր հինգ տարվա ընթացքում:

Հայաստանի ավտոապահովագրողների բյուրոյի կայքում հրապարակված տվյալների համաձայն ԱՊՊԱ-ի մասին օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելու առաջին իսկ օրվանից ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունը հանդիսանում է ԱՊՊԱ շուկայի առաջատար ոչ միայն կնքված ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագրերի քանակով, այլ նաև վճարված ապահովագրական հատուցումներով. ընդ որում, ինչպես վճարված հատուցումների քանակով, այնպես էլ հատուցման միջին գումարի չափով:

Ինչպես ցույց են տալիս ավտոսեփականատերերի շրջանակում պարբերաբար անցկացվող հարցումները, հենց այդ ցուցանիշներն են ամենակարևորը նրանց համար: Կարևորությամբ որպես երկրորդ ցուցանիշ վարորդները նշում են ընկերության աշխատանքի օպերատիվությունը:

Շնորհիվ կուտակած փորձի, աշխատակիցների մասնագիտացվածության և ընկերության բիզնես-պրոցեսների օպտիմալացման ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունը հատուցումները վճարում է նվազագույն ժամկետում. բոլոր անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի առկայության դեպքում օրենքով նախատեսված 14-21 օրվա փոխարեն վնասի հատուցումն իրականացվում է 3-5 օրվա ընթացքում:

Գործադիր տնօրեն Գագիկ Գրիգորյան. «Միլիոն ԱՊՊԱ պայմանագիր՝ դա լուրջ թիվ է, և այն փաստը, որ մենք առաջինն ենք դրան հասել, պատահականություն չէ, այլ բոլոր աշխատակիցների համառ աշխատանքի կանոնավոր արդյունք: Այդ ցուցանիշը վկայում է հաճախորդների վստահության բարձր մակարդակի մասին, ինչի համար շնորհակալ ենք վերջիններիս: Սակայն մեզ համար դա նաև մեծ պատասխանատվություն է, ինչպես և հսկայական փորձ, որը հաշվի առնելով մենք անընդհատ բարելավում ենք մեր ծառայությունների որակը: Դա մեր ռազմավարությունն է, և հենց դրա շնորհիվ այսքան տարիներ շարունակ մեզ հաջողվում է սպասարկել շուկայի ամենամեծ մասնաբաժինը»:

ԱՊՊԱ-ի մասին օրենքի ուժի մեջ մտնելու պահից անցած 5 տարվա ընթացքում ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերության աշխատակիցները սպասարկել են 106,000 վթար, հատուցում է ստացել ավելի քան 71,000 մարդ: Ֆինանսական համակարգի հաշտարարի գրասենյակ ներկայացվել է 479 բողոք, ինչը կազմում է բոլոր հատուցումների ընդամենը 0,67%:

Տեղեկանք. ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ապահովագրական փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը հիմնադրվել է 2008 թ. մայիսին և գործում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից 2008 թվականի մայիսի 20-ին տրված «ոչ կյանքի ապահովագրություն» ՀՀ, 0001 Հյուսիսային պողոտա 1, Հեռախոս` (010) 59-10-10 իրականացնելու ԱՊՈ թիվ 0009 լիցենզիայի հիման վրա: Ընկերությունը մտնում է ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ Ընկերությունների Խմբի (Ռուսաստան) մեջ:

Ընկերության կանոնադրական կապիտալը կազմում է 4,5 միլիարդ դրամ: Ընկերության Խորհրդի կազմի մեջ են մտնում ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ-ի առաջատար մասնագետները և բարձրաստիճան ղեկավարությունը:

ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ընկերությունն ունի ամենալայն գրասենյակային ցանցը և ներկայացված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքներում, ունի հաճախորդների սպասարկման 47 գրասենյակներ, այդ թվում 18 մասնաճյուղ, 13 գրասենյակ Երևանում, և 34՝ Հայաստանի մարզկենտրոններում և խոշոր քաղաքաներում: ՌՈՍԳՈՍՍՏՐԱԽ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ ապահովագրական ընկերությունն առաջինը Հայաստանում ստացավ ISO 9001:2008 ստանդարտին համապատասխանության սերտիֆիկատ աշխարհահռչակ Moody International կազմակերպությունից:
