Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 26-ին, մեկնարկեց արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քարոզարշավը: Այն կտևի 12 օր, կավարտվի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, 8-ը լռության օր է, 9-ը՝ ընտրության: Արտահերթին մասնակցում է 11 քաղաքական ուժ՝ «Իմ քայլը» և «Մենք» դաշինքները, «Ազգային առաջընթաց», «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան», «Լուսավոր Հայաստան», «Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն», «Հայաստանի Հանրապետական», «Սասնա ծռեր» համահայկական, «Քաղաքացու որոշում» սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական, Քրիստոնեա-ժողովրդական վերածնունդ, «Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցությունները:

Մի քանի ընտրական տվյալ. Հայաստանում նոյեմբերի դրությամբ ընտրելու իրավունք ունի 2,574,916 քաղաքացի, ընտրությունը կայանելու է 13 ընտրատարածքում:

Հիշեցնենք, հետհեղափոխական առաջին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունն անցկացվելու է նախկին ընտրակարգով, որը միայն համամասնական է՝ բաղկացած երկու աստիճանից։

Ըստ գործող Ընտրական օրենսգրքի՝ ամեն ընտրատարածքում քաղաքական ուժը պետք է առաջադրի նվազագույնը 5 թեկնածու՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 15 հազար ընտրողի հաշվարկով։ Պատգամավորի թեկնածուն պետք է լինի նվազագույնը 25 տարեկան, վերջին 4 տարում ունենա միայն ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն, մշտապես ապրած լինի Հայաստանում և տիրապետի հայերենին։ Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ Ազգային ժողովն ընտրվում է 5 տարի ժամկետով և պետք է ունենա առնվազն 101 պատգամավոր:

Մանդատները բաշխվում են համամասնորեն բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի միջև, որոնք հաղթահարել են նվազագույն շեմը՝ 5% կուսակցությունների համար, 7%՝ դաշինքների:
