Հայ և ռուս ժողովուրդների դարավոր բարեկամությունն ապացուցում է՝ այս երկու ժողովուրդները շատ ընդհանուր բաներ ունեն, նաև ընդհանուր պատմություն: Երկու ժողովուրդները նախկինում գտնվել են ԽՍՀՄ կազմում և նախկինում էլ ջերմ հարաբերություններ ենք ունեցել, միասին պայքարել ենք մեր ազատության, ֆաշիզմի, նացիզմի դեմ։

Օրերս աշխատանքային այցով Մոսկվայում էր ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ղեկավարած պատվիրակությունը:

Պատվիրակության օրակարգը բավականին հագեցված էր: Նախ՝ ԲՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպեցին ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Պետդումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոկոդինի հետ: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ ԲՀԿ-ն այն ուժն է, որը պատրաստ է ամեն ինչ ներդնել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները խորացնելու և ավելի ընդլայնելու, տարբեր ոլորտներում հարաբերությունների հաստատման հարցում:

«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը և Ռուսաստանի իշխող՝ «Եդինայա Ռոսիա» կուսակցության համագործակցություն արդեն10-ամյա պատմություն ունի:

Մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Երևանում ընդունել էր ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Պետդումայի խոշորագույն «Եդինայա Ռոսիա» խմբակցության անդամներին՝ խմբակցության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Նեվերովի գլխավորությամբ:

Քննարկվել են հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական-գործընկերային հարաբերությունների, միջխորհրդարանական, միջկուսակցական և միջխմբակցային կապերը խորացնելու վերաբերյալ հարցեր:

Սերգեյ Նեվերովն ասել էր, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններից հետո էլ ԲՀԿ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները կշարունակվեն և համոզմունք հայտնել, որ ընտրությունների ընթացքում ԲՀԿ-ն կստանա ժողովրդի վստահության քվեն: Նեվերովն ընդգծել է, որ ԲՀԿ-ն հաջողություն կունենա և ավելի շատ ընդգրկվածություն կունենա նորընտիր խորհրդարանում:

Սերգեյ Նեվերովը երկու քաղաքական ուժերի համագործակցությունը համարել է արդյունավետ։

Նախատեսվում է աշխատանքային նոր խումբ ստեղծել, որպեսզի առաջիկա աշխատանքները և համագործակցությունն ավելի արդյունավետ լինեն։ Կողմերը կարևորել են վերջերս տեղի ունեցած երիտասարդական համատեղ համաժողովը: Նաև շեշտվել է, որ դա ևս մի քայլ է դարավոր ռազմավարական դաշնակցությունն ամրապնդելու համար:

Գ. Ծառուկյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև «Եդինայա Ռոսիա» կուսակցության կերտրոնական գրասենյակում: Կուսակցության գլխավոր խորհրդի նախագահության, միջազգային գործակցության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրեյ Կլիմովի հետ հատուկ շեշտվել է երկու քաղաքական ուժերի համագործակցության կարևորությունը:

Կլիմովն ընգծել է, որ քաղաքական համագործակցությունը կարևոր է միջպետական հարաբերությունների խորացման համար:
