Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի տրանսպորտի նախարարները քննարկել են ՀԿԵ ընկերության գործունեության հետ կապված հարցեր
SOCIETY«Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Ալեքսանդր Միշարինը մասնակցեց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տրանսպորտի նախարար Եվգենի Դիտրիխի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանի Մոսկվայում կայացած հանդիպմանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ լրատվական ծառայությունից, հանդիպման մասնակիցները քննարկել են «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» (ՀԿԵ) ընկերության գործունեության հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր և հետագա անելիքները:
Հակոբ Արշակյանը նշել է, որ ՀԿԵ գործունեությունը և ընկերության կողմից իրականացվող ներդրումների առաջնային խնդիրը Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացումն է: Այս պահի դրությամբ ռուսական կողմը զգալի միջոցներ է ուղղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության երկաթուղային ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացմանը:
Դրական են գնահատվել նաև ուղևորափոխադրումների զարգացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումները: Մասնավորապես, նշվել է, որ ընթացիկ տարում ՀԿԵ-ն գնել է երկու ժամանակակից ЭП2Д էլեկտրագնացքներ՝ մեկն արդեն շահագործվում է Երևան-Գյումրի-Երևան ուղղությունով, իսկ մյուսը նույն երթուղում կսկսի գործել 2019 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում:
Հայկական կողմն ընդգծել է «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ընկերության աշխատանքի կարևորությունը Հայաստանի տարածքում և նշել, որ պատրաստ է հետագա փոխշահավետ համագործակցությանը:
Բացի այդ, հանդիպման մասնակիցները անդրադարձել են ՀԿԵ ուղևորափոխադրումների Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից սուբսիդավորման, Կովկաս-Փոթի-Կովկաս լաստանավային փոխադրման կատարելագործման, պետական հատուկ պահպանության անհրաժեշտություն ունեցող օբյեկտների և ՀԿԵ գործունեության զարգացման ռազմավարության հարցերին:
«ՀԿԵ» ՓԲԸ-ն հանդիսանում է «Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ԲԲԸ-ի դուստր ընկերություն ևիրականացնում է Հայաստանի երկաթուղային համակարգի կոնցեսիոն կառավարումը: Համաձայն 2008 թ. փետրվարի 13-ին Երևանում կնքված պայմանագրի՝ կոնցեսիոնկառավարման ժամկետը կազմում է 30 տարի՝ կողմերի փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ ևս 10 տարի երկարացման իրավունքով:
