ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է կեղծ թղթադրամների պատրաստմամբ և իրացմամբ զբաղվող հանցավոր խումբ
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների և քննչական դեպարտամենտի իրականացրած լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և համալիր քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է կեղծ թղթադրամների պատրաստմամբ և իրացմամբ զբաղվող հանցավոր խումբ, հայտնաբերվել են ավելի քան 850 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար կեղծ թղթադրամներ, որից 25 հազարը՝ իրացման պահին, իսկ մնացած մասը՝ պատրաստման փուլում, ինչպես նաև դրանց տպման համար նախատեսված սարքավորումները:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլիւ կենտրոնից, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցները, իրացնելով կեղծ փողերի շրջանառության վերաբերյալ ստացված տվյալները՝ օպերատիվ-վերահսկողության ներքո կազմակերպել են 25 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար կեղծ թղթադրամի գնումը, որից անմիջապես հետո ընդհանուր թվով 13 բնակարաններում և ավտոմեքենաներում իրականացվել են միաժամանակյա խուզարկություններ, որոնց արդյունքում էլ հայտնաբերվել են պատրաստման փուլում գտնվող շուրջ 835 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար կեղծ թղթադրամները, դրանց տպման համար նախատեսված համակարգչային սարքավորումներ և այլ պարագաներ:
Կեղծ թղթադրամների տպման վայրում հայտնաբերվել է նաև շուրջ 1.5 կգ քաշով «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց, որի մի մասը կշռված և փաթեթավորված է եղել՝ հնարավոր է, որ նախատեսվել են իրացման համար:
Քրեական գործով բացահայտվել են խմբի 7 անդամներ, կատարվել են ձերբակալություններ: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ շրջանառության մեջ դրված կեղծ փողերի այլ նմուշներ հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
