INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամի բոլոր նվիրատուներին և նշել, որ մինչև վերջերս վստահ չէին վերջինիս կազմակերպման ժամկետների հարցում: Մամուլի ասուլիսում լրագրողները նկատեցին, որ հեռուստամարաթոնում հավաքված գումարը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ պակաս էր: Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը նշեց, որ կային որոշակի օբյեկտիվ պատճառներ, օրինակ՝ ժամանակի սղությունը:
«Մինչև վերջերս նույն Սփյուռքի նախարարությունում վստահ չէին, թե երբ է տեղի ունենալու հեռուստամարաթոնը։ Մենք ինքներս էլ որոշակիորեն թերացել ենք, չենք կարողացել շատ արագ կողմնորոշվել և փորձել ենք եղած ժամանակի մեջ տեղավորվել։ Վստահ եմ, որ համապատասխան հետևություններն արվելու են, և հետագայի հարցում շատ ավելի պոզիտիվ եմ տրամադրված», - «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը՝ նշելով, որ հիմնադրամում կլինեն աշխատանքի ձևաչափի որոշակի փոփոխություններ:
«Սրանից զատ, ես ինքս բազմիցս հայտարարել եմ՝ սփյուռքի հետ հարաբերություններն առողջացնելու խնդիր ունենք։ Տարիներ շարունակ սփյուռքին, մեր գործակցությանը հասցված վնասը լուծելու համար չի կարելի ակնկալել ու հույսը դնել միայն թավշյա հեղափոխության ու այս ոգևորության վրա։ Հարկավոր են խորքային քայլեր, որոնք փոխելու են տրամաբանությունը։ Խոսքը կոնկրետ այն հարցադրման մասին է, թե Հայաստանն ինքն ի՞նչ է պատրաստվում անել սփյուռքի համար։ Արդյո՞ք միայն շարունակելու ենք ակնկալել սփյուռքից օժանդակություն, աջակցություն, թե՞ Հայաստանը որոշակի դերակատարում ստանձնելու է սփյուռքում առկա խնդիրների լուծման հարցում»,- ասաց Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը։
