RAEX-ը իջեցրել է Ադրբեջանի արժույթի գծով հեղինակության վարկանիշը

Ռուսաստանյան միջազգային կարգավիճակ ունեցող RAEX վարկանիշային գործակալությունը Ադրբեջանի արտարժույթի եւ ազգային արժույթի գծով հեղինակության վարկանիշը BBB մակարդակից իջեցրել է BB+ մակարդակի (բավարար վարկավճարման մակարդակ), իսկ վարկային մթնոլորտի վարկանիշը` BB-ից BB- մակարդակի:

Գործակալությունը Ադրբեջանի հեղինակության վարկանիշի իջեցումը հիմնավորել է նավթի էժանացման, ազգային արժույթի արժեզրկման եւ 2015 թվականի արդյունքների գծով բյուջեի ցուցանիշների ու տնտեսական վիճակի վատացման հետ կապված կանխատեսումներով: Նշվում է, որ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը կախված է համաշխարհային շուկաներում էներգակիրների գներից, ինչն էլ բացասական ազդեցություն է թողնում վարկանիշի ձեւավորման վրա:
«Նավթի գնի նվազման հետ կապված` փետրվարին Ադրբեջանի ազգային արժույթի` մանաթի փոխարժեքը 33 տոկոսով նվազել է: Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամի կանխատեսմամբ` 2015 թվականի արդյունքներով Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեի պակասորդը կկազմի ՀՆԱ-ի 7,9 տոկոսը, իսկ արժեզրկումը կհաստատվի 7,8 տոկոսի մակարդակի վրա: Ադրբեջանի վարկանիշի մակարդակի վրա ազդել են նաեւ դրամային քաղաքականության գործիքների սահմանափակվածությունը եւ մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշների վատացման վերաբերյալ սպասումները», -հայտարարել է գործակալության կորպորատիվ վարկանիշների գծով տնօրեն Պավել Õ �իտրոֆանովը:
Ադրբեջանի վարկանիշի իջեցման գործոնների թվում նշվում է երկրի բանկային համակարգի ցածր զարգացվածության մակարդակը: Ասվում է, որ մասնավոր հատվածում ադրբեջանական բանկերի վարկաբաժինը բարձր չէ, կազմում է ՀՆԱ-ի 31 տոկոսը, խնդրահարույց վարկերն էլ աճում են: Թանկ է նաեւ պետական պարտքերի սպասարկումը, կոռուպցիան խիստ բարձր մակարդակի վրա է, արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ հակամարտային իրավիճակներ են ստեղծվում:
Համաշխարհային առաջատար Standart & Poors, Fitch եւ Moody`s գործակալությունները Ադրբեջանի արտասահմանյան եւ ազգային արժույթների գծով սուվերեն վարկանիշը գնահատել են BBB- մակարդակի (ինվեստիցիայի մակարդակ):
