ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախօրեին վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջի ուղիղ եթերով հայտարարեց, որ վաղը՝ նոյեմբերի 24–ին, մեծ երթ է լինելու Երևանի փողոցներով: «Երթը լինելու է անսովոր, մոտավորապես այնպիսին, ինչպիսին անում էինք հեղափոխության օրերին», «Հրավիրում ենք բոլորին, ովքեր քայլելու ցանկություն ունեն, անկեղծ ասած՝ կարոտել եմ բոլորիդ»:
Հասկանալի է, իհարկե, որ մեծ երթն ակնհայտորեն պայմանավորված է նախընտրական շրջանով: Փաշինյանը և, ըստ էության, մյուս ուժերը ևս արդեն ոչ պաշտոնապես սկսել են նախընտրական քարոզարշավը՝ նոյեմբերի 26–ը դարձնելով ձևական: Մեծ երթը Երևանի փողոցներով, կամ, այլ կերպ ասած, հեղափոխական գործիքակազմերից մեկի կիրառումը իշխանության համար ունի շատ կոնկրետ նշանակություն՝ մոբիլիզացնել իր հիմնական քաղաքական հենարանը, և դա անել իշխանափոխության հիմնական տեխնոլոգիաներից մեկի միջոցով: Այնուամենայնիվ, ակնհայտ է, որ բացի պրագմատիկ խնդիրներից, հեղափոխական գործիքակազմին ու հեղափոխության օրերի «ծիսակատարություններին» պարբերաբար վերադառնալն ունի ոչ միայն ռացիոնալ, այլև իռացիոնալ իմաստ: Հեղափոխության օրերից շատ ժամանակ չի անցել, և ներկայիս իշխանությունները, լինելով այդ օրերի իներցիայի կրողը, առայժմ ամբողջովին չեն դարձել ապարատային գործիչներ: Հեղափոխության դեժավյուն նրանց համար վերադարձ է մի տեղ, որտեղ նրանք իրենց զգում էին առավել հարմարավետ, առավել հաջողած: Ինչ–որ առումով սա, իհարկե, տրամաբանական է: Միայն թե փողոցին կարոտելն ու հեղափոխական ծիսակարգերի պարբերական վերանայումը չփոխարինեն պետական կառավարմանն ու իշխանական գործառույթների իրականացմանը: Ընդհանրապես անցյալին, թեկուզև բարի հիշողություններով հագեցած անցյալին վերադառնալը ինչքան էլ մարդկային իմաստով օրինաչափ գործընթաց է, այդքանով էլ վտանգ ունի կորցնել իրականության զգացումը, ներկային առերեսվելու համարձակությունը:
