Հեղափոխությունից հետո նոր հեռանկարներ են բացվել ՄԱԿ-ի հետ համագործակցության համար. Տ. Ավինյան
POLITICSՆոյեմբերի 21-ին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանի ու Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող Շոմբի Շարփի ղեկավարությամբ տեղի ունեցավ 2016-2020թթ. ՀՀ կառավարության և ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) միջև համագործակցության ծրագրի միջնաժամկետ վերանայմանը նվիրված նիստ:
ՀՀ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակի փոխանցմամբ, ողջունելով նիստի մասնակիցներին՝ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանն ասաց, որ կառավարությունը մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս ՄԱԿ-ի և դրա մասնագիտացված կառույցների հետ համագործակցությանը: Նա նշեց, որ միասնական ջանքերի շնորհիվ Հայաստանը մեծ առաջխաղացում է գրանցել 2030 համընդհանուր օրակարգի և Կայուն զարգացման նպատակների իրականացման գործում: Տիգրան Ավինյանը վերհիշեց նաև, որ վերջերս Շոմբի Շարփի հետ մասին անցկացրել էին Կայուն զարգացման նպատակների ազգային նորարարական կենտրոնի կառավարման խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը:
Փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը ընդգծեց, որ 2018թ. ապրիլ-մայիսին տեղի ունեցած Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո նոր հեռանկարներ են բացվել ՄԱԿ-ի հետ համագործակցության առավել ընդլայնման ու ամրապնդման համար։ Նա հավելեց, որ կառավարության առաջնահերթություններն են ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների հետագա զարգացումը, օրենքի գերակայությունը ու մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, արդյունավետ կառավարաման համակարգի ստեղծումը, ներառական տնտեսական աճի ապահովվումը, և, այս առումով, երկրի զարգացման տեսլականը լիովին համահունչ է Կայուն զարգացման նպատակների հետ։
Տիգրան Ավինյանի խոսքով՝ բարեփոխումներն էլ ավելի մեծ թափ կստանան գալիք արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո, որոնք միանաշանակ լինելու են Հայաստանի անկախ պատմության ընթացքում ամենաազատն ու թափանցիկը, ինչի ապահովման գործում ՀՀ կառավարությունը կրկին սերտորեն համագործակցում է ՄԱԿ-ի՝ մասնավորապես ՄԱԶԾ-ի հետ:
Շոմբի Շարփն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ ՄԱԶԾ-ն արդեն 25 տարի գործունեություն է ծավալում Հայաստանում և ռազմավարական գործընկեր է հանդիսանում կառավարության համար՝ հատկապես կայուն զարգացման առավել բարդ մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու գործում: ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգողը բարձր գնահատական տվեց ՀՀ կառավարության և միջազգային դոնորների հետ հաստատված համագործակցությանը՝ միտված Հայաստանում ՄԱԶԾ նպատակների իրականացմանը, մասնավորապես կայուն զարգացման տեսլականին համաձայն աջակցությունը համայնքներին աղքատությունը հաղթահարելու, եկամուտի կայուն աղբյուրներ ստեղծելու, կարողությունները զարգացնելու, իրավունքները կյանքի կոչելու առումով: Շոմբի Շարփն ասաց, որ այժմ երկրում հնարավորությունների յուրահատուկ պատուհան է բացվել և ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցչությունը պատրաստ է առավելագույնս նպաստել հավակնոտ բարեփոխումների իրականացմանը:
Նիստի ընթացքում կողմերը նշեցին, որ 2016-2020թթ. ՀՀ կառավարության և ՄԱԶԾ-ի միջև համագործակցության ծրագրի միջնաժամկետ վերանայումը հնարավորություն է տալիս վերագնահատել անցած տարիների ընթացքում կատարած աշխատանքը, անհրաժեշտ շտկումներ մտցնել և շարժվել առաջ:
