«Շերեմետեւոյում» շասսիի տակ ընկած հայը ցանկանում էր մտնել դրա մեջ եւ թռնել
SOCIETYՄոսկվայի «Շերեմետեւո» օդանավակայանի թռիչքուղում 25-ամյա ՀՀ քաղաքացու մահվան կապակցությամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել: Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի` նոյեմբերի 21-ին, Lenta.ru-ին հայտնել են Ռուսաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեից:
Գործը հարուցվել է ՌԴ ՔՕ-ի 263,1 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (Տրանսպորտային անվտանգության ոլորտի պահանջների խախտում):
«Նախնական տվյալներով, տղամարդը դուրս է եկել ավտոբուսից եւ սկսել վազել. նրան չեն հասցրել կանգնեցնել: Նա վազում էր թռչող ինքնաթիռի մոտ: Տպավորություն էր ստեղծվում, որ նա ցնորված է եւ փորձում է բռնվել շասսիից: Հավանաբար, այդպիսով նա ցանկանում էր լքել օդանավակայանի տարածքը», — պատմել է իրավապահ մարմիններում աղբյուրը:
Նա պարզաբանել է, որ մահացածը 1993 թվականին ծնված Հայաստանի քաղաքացի է, արտաքսվել է Իսպանիայից եւ Մադրիդից Մոսկվայով Երեւան էր թռչում: Դատելով ամեն ինչից, նա չէր ցանկանում հայրենիք վերադառնալ:
«Մահվանից առաջ տղամարդու պահվածքը շրջապատի մոտ կասկածներ չի առաջացրել, բայց բացառված չէ, որ նա թմրամիջոցների ազդեցության տակ էր», — եզրափակել է աղբյուրը:
Ավելի վաղ բալետմեյստերը, ով մահացածի հետ Մոսկվա էր թռչում, պատմել է անկարգության մասին, որի պատճառով տղամարդուն հեռացրել են ինքնաթիռից:
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանատունը հաստատել էր տեղեկությունն այն մասին, որ Մոսկվայի Շերեմետեւո» օդանավակայանի թռիչքուղու վրա տեղի ունեցած պատահարի արդյունքում մահացած Եփրեմյան Ա. Գ.-ն (1993 թ. ծնված), Հայաստանի քաղաքացի էր:
Facebook-ում դեսպանատան էջում հաղորդվում է, որ ինքնությունը հաստատվել է քաղաքացուն Հայաստան վերադարձի համար տրամադրված վկայականով:
«ՌԴ ՔԿ-ից դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությանը տեղեկացրել են, որ միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքներն ու պատճառները պարզելու համար քննչական գործողությունները շարունակվում են:
Դեսպանատունը մշտական կապի մեջ է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության համապատասխան մարմինների հետ: Լրացուցիչ տեղեկությունները կտրամադրվեն ավելի ուշ», - նշել է դեսպանատունը:
