SOCIETYՆոյեմբերի 20-ին Ստրասբուրգ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակում ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Խորհրդարանական Վեհաժողովի (ԵԽԽՎ) նախագահ Լիլիան Մորի Պասքիեի հետ։
Շնորհավորելով Լիլիան Մորի Պասքիեին ԵԽԽՎ նախագահի պաշտոնում ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ՝ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը նրան մաղթեց հաջողություններ այդ պատասխանատու պաշտոնում: Անդրադառնալով Խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի առջև ծառացած խնդիրներին՝ ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարն աջակցություն հայտնեց դրանց դիմագրավելու ուղղությամբ գործադրվող ջանքերին: Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը նշեց, որ ԵԽ յուրաքանչյուր անդամ պետություն պետք է իր ներդրումն ունենա համընդհանուր եվրոպական արժեքների շուրջ համախմբված կառույցի գործունեության արդյունավետության և վարկանիշի բարձրացման գործում:
Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին ներքաղաքական զարգացումների համատեքստում նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մնացականյանն ընդգծեց կառավարության հանձնառությունը ժողովրդի կողմից տրված մանդատի հիման վրա շարունակելու բարեփոխումների գործընթացը, որի հերթական հանգրվանը լինելու է արդար և թափանցիկ, ժողովրդի կամքն արտահայտող ընտրությունների անցկացումը:
ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը ԵԽԽՎ նախագահին ներկայացրեց ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի մոտեցումները: Այս համատեքստում Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը շեշտեց, որ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման միջազգային մանդատով օժտված միակ ձևաչափ հանդիսացող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահությունից դուրս հիմնախնդրի վերաբերյալ քննարկումներն այլ հարթակներ տեղափոխելու փորձերը չեն նպաստում դրա հանգուցալուծմանը՝ վնասելով տարածաշրջանում կայունության ու խաղաղության հաստատմանը:
