Առջևում ձմեռ է. իսկ ի՞նչ անել ցրտահարության դեպքում

Ցրտահարության դեպքում պետք է մարմնի ցրտահարված հատվածը շփել ձյունով, արագ տաքացնել այդ հատվածը վառարանի մոտ, միաժամանակ թունդ ալկոհոլային խմիչք օգտագործել:
Իրականում այդպես չէ:
Նշված երեք գործողություններն էլ ցրտահարության դեպքում արգելվում է կատարել: Ցրտահարությունը հյուսվածքների վնասումն է ցրտի ազդեցության հետևանքով։
Առավել հաճախ ցրտահարվում են ստորին, հազվադեպ՝ վերին վերջույթները, քիթը, թշերը, ականջախեցիները և այլն։ Երբեմն այն առաջանում է ոչ շատ ուժեղ սառնամանիքի (–3–ից մինչև –5օ C) ժամանակ և նույնիսկ 0– ից բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պայմաններում, որը սովորաբար պայմանավորված է օրգանիզմի դիմադրողականության անկումով (արյան կորուստ, քաղց, հարբածություն և այլն)։ Նպաստող գործոններն են քամին, օդի բարձր խոնավությունը։ Ցրտի ազդեցությանն օրգանիզմը հակազդում է ծայրամասային արյան անոթների ռեֆլեկտոր կծկանքով, այսինքն՝ այդ հատվածում խանգարվում է արյան շրջանառությունը։ Հյուսվածքների փոփոխությունները կախված են ցրտի ազդեցության տևողությունից և ինտենսիվությունից։ Թեթև ցրտահարության դեպքում մարմնի ցրտահարված հատվածը սկզբում կարմրում է, ապա գունատվում, կորցնում զգացողությունը, առաջանում է ծակոցների և մղկտոցի զգացում։ Բարդ դեպքերում մաշկը խիստ գունատվում է, առաջանում են հեղուկով լցված բշտիկներ։ Ցրտահարված հատվածը տաքացնելուց հետո մաշկը կարմրում է և ուռչում, նկատվում են թեթևակի ցավեր:
Պարզ է, որ ցրտահարության դեպքում առաջին օգնությունը պետք է ուղղված լինի արյան շրջանառության վերականգնմանը: Արգելվում է ցրտահարված հատվածը ձյունով շփել, քանի որ սովորաբար ցրտահարված հատվածի մաշկը նուրբ է լինում, և շփումը (մանավանդ, երբեմն ձյունը շատ կոշտ է լինում) բերում է արյունատար անոթների և մաշկի վնասվածքների և հետագայում ավելի ուշ լավացման: Արգելվում է նաև ցրտահարված հատվածը շատ արագ տաքացնել (տաք թրջոցներ, վառարանին կամ խարույկին մոտ պահել և այլն), քանի որ սա նպաստում է անոթներում թրոմբների առաջացմանը և ավելի է խորացնում հյուսվածքների վնասվածքի աստիճանը: Արգելվում է նաև թունդ ալկոհոլ օգտագործել, քանի որ չնայած ալկոհոլը լայնացնում է արյան անոթները, այս դեպքում ուղղակի առաջանում է տաքացած լինելու զգացողություն, բայց ցրտահարված հատվածը չի տաքանում:
Ցրտահարության դեպքում պետք է ընդամենը հեռանալ ցրտից, գնալ տաք տեղ: Արդեն այդտեղ կարելի է թեթևակի տրորել սպիրտով թրջված լաթով, եթե ցրտահարությունը խորն է, կարելի է ստերիլ վիրակապ դնել, կարելի է խմել տաք և քաղցր թեյ՝ կարելի է՝ քիչ քանակի ալկոհոլով:
Այն, որ ցրտահարվել կարելի է նաև դրական ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում, վատ նորություն պետք է լինի մեր պաշտոնյաների համար: Կարող է ստացվել այնպես, որ երևանյան ամառվա քառասուն աստիճանի ջերմության պայմաններում մեր նախարարությունների աշխատակիցները ցրտահարվեն, եթե, սովորության համաձայն, աշխատատեղում քնեն օդորակիչների ինտենսիվ աշխատանքի պայմաններում: Հետո էլ գնան և բողոքեն, որ ստացել են արտադրական վնասվածք:
