Անշարժ գույքի գործարքների թիվը նվազել է 16.3 տոկոսով

Այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերին Հայաստանում անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացվել է 130 հազար 358 գործարք, որոնց քանակը 2014 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ նվազել է 16.3 տոկոսով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեից, գործարքների 33.8 տոկոսն իրականացվել է Երևանում։ Ինչ վերաբերում է մարզերին, գործարքների թվի ամենամեծ բաժինը Կոտայքի մարզին է՝ 11.5 տոկոս, ամենափոքրը՝ Վայոց ձորինը՝ 3 տոկոս։
Գործարքների ընդհանուր թվի 27.3 տոկոսը վերաբերել է օտարմանը, 11.9 տոկոսն՝ առաջնային գրանցմանը, 11 տոկոսը՝ ժառանգությանը, 9.2 տոկոսը՝ գրավադրմանը, 4 տոկոսը՝ վարձակալությանը, ինչպես նաև՝ 31.1 տոկոսն այլ, մասնավորապես, սահմանափակումների պետական գրանցումներին։
2015 թվականի առաջին ինն ամիսներին անշարժ գույքի նկատմամբ իրականացված 35 հազար 421 օտարման գործարքների 73.2 տոկոսը կազմել է առուվաճառքը, 26.2տոկոսը` նվիրատվությունը և 0.6 %-ը` փոխանակությունը: Անշարժ գույքի օտարման գործարքների 33.8 տոկոսն արձանագրվել է Երևան քաղաքում, իսկ օտարված անշարժ գույքի 36.3 տոկոսը բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերի բնակարաններ են:
