Շատ երկրներ հարցականի տակ են դնում ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի նշանակման արդյունավետությունը, բայց հարցը կորոշվի բոլոր կողմերի շահերը հաշվի առնելով. Վ. Սեմերիկով
POLITICSՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Սեմերիկովը մեկնաբանել է կազմակերպության քարտուղարության նոր ղեկավարի նշանակման շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
«ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների՝ Աստանայում նոյեմբերի 8-ին կայացած քննարկման արդյունքում մի քանի մոտեցում կա, այդ թվում և Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի որոշմամբ նախատեսված ռոտացիոն սկզբունքի կիրառումը՝ ըստ ռուսական այբուբենի (այդ դեպքում հաջորդ երկիրը Բելառուսն է): Հենց այդ սկզբունքի մասին է ասել Ղազախստանի նախագահն՝ ամփոփելով Աստանայում կայացած քննարկման արդյունքները: Մյուս դիրքորոշումը մինչև եռամյա ժամկետի ավարտը Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչին նշանակելն է: Շատ երկրներ հարցականի տակ են դնում այդ քայլի արդյունավետությունը», - ասվում է Սեմերիկովի հայտարարության մեջ, որը հրապարակվել է կազմակերպության կայքում:
Վալերի Սեմերիկովը հավելել է, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդը կշարունակի այս հարցի դիտարկումը կառուցողական փոխհամագործակցության և դաշնակցության ոգով:
«Միևնույն ժամանակ ցանկանում եմ հատկապես շեշտել, որ որոշումն ամեն դեպքում կընդունվի ՀԱՊԿ վեց անդամ երկրի ձևաչափում՝ հաշվի առնելով բոլոր կողմերի շահերը», - հավելել է ռազմաքաղաքական կառույցի գլխավոր քարտուղարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ Աստանայում կայացած գագաթնաժողովի ավարտին Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամները կշարունակեն կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցի քննարկումը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը թափուր էր մնացել, քանի որ հայկական կողմը հետ էր կանչել Յուրի Խաչատուրովին, որից հետո ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարի պարտականություններն ստանձնել է քարտուղարի տեղակալ Վալերի Սեմերիկովը:
Նշենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի թեկնածությունը վերջնականապես որոշվելու է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում դեկտեմբերի 6-ին։
