Ցանկացած պետության հզորացման և կայացման համար կարևոր է, թե ինչ կերպով և տեսքով է ներկայանում միջազգային հարթակներում՝ լինի դա քաղաքական, մշակութային, տնտեսական, թե սպորտային բնագավառներում: Հայ ազգն իր պատմության ընթացքներում ունեցել է բազմաթիվ հայորդիներ, ովքեր մեր երկիրի ու դրոշի պատիվը բարձր են պահել ամենատարբեր հարթակներում:

Այս առումով առանձնահատուկ է սպորտի բնագավառը. փաստ է, որ ներկայումս, և վերջին տասնամյակներում, միակ ոլորտը որտեղ ունեցել ենք մշտական հաջողություններ միանշանակ սպորտն է: Սա այն միակ կայուն բնագավառն է, որտեղ Հայաստանն ունեցել է տոտալ առաջընթաց և համաշխարհային նշանակության ձեռքբերումներ (աշխարհի, Եվրոպայի, օլիպիական չեմպիոններ): Հենց այս հարթակում է, որ կարողացել ենք ունենալ ազգային համախմբան բազմաթիվ առիթներ: Խոսելով վերոնշյալի մասին՝ չենք կարող չանդրադառնալ ՀԱՕԿ-ի, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կատարած խոշորագույն դերակատարման մասին: Ծառուկյանի անմնացորդ նվիրումի և անշահախնդիր գործունեության արդյունքում է, որ հայ մարզիկներն ավելի գնահատված են ու մեծարվում են ըստ առժանվույն, և սա իրական ու տեսանելի փաստ է: Բոլորս ենք ականատես լինում, որ ցանկացած մրցումից հետո մարզիկները նախ հավուր պատշաճի ընդունելություն են ունենում օդանավակայանում, այնուհետև և դրամական և ամենատարբեր տիպի պարգևներով օլիմպիական կոմիտեի նախագահի կողմից արժանանում շնորհակալանքի: 

Ծառուկյանն այս տարիների ընթացքում կառուցել ու վերականգնել է մի քանի տասնյակ մարզադպրոցներ ստեղծել օլիպիական ավան և մարզվելու իդեալական պայմաններ: Սա կատարված փաստ է, սակայն միշտ չէ, որ դա ընդունվում է միանշանակ և դրական վերաբերմունքի արժանանաում:

Նախօրեին news.am կայքում ակնհայտորեն ուղղորդված և իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող կեղծ տեղեկատվություն էր տարածվել, ըստ որի հայ մարզիկներն իրենց վնասվածքները բուժում են սեփական միջոցներով: Խոսքն Արթուր Ալեքսանյանի հետ կապված իրադարձության հետ է, ով օրերս Հունգարիայում կայացած ըմբշամարտի աշխարհի առաջնության ժամանակ վնասվածք էր ստացել՝ անգամ չմասնակցելով երրորդ տեղի համար մարտին: Արթուրը մրցումներից հետո անգամ Հայաստան չէր վերադարձել և միանգամից բուժման նպատակով մեկնել ԱՄՆ: Ակնհայտ է, որ այդ տեղեկատվությունը հստակ ուղղորդված և որոշակի քաղաքական հետևանքներ հետապնդող քայլ է, որի տակ կոնկրետ քաղաքականացված ենթատեքստեր կան:

Նմանօրինակ քայլով փորձ է արվել արատավորել Ծառուկյանին, նրա ղեկավարած կազմակերպույթունը՝ ինչպես նաև նրա ողջ քաղաքական թիմը: Այս ֆոնին ուղղակի հարկ է ընդգծել, որ նույն Ալեքսանյանը Ծառուկյանի անձնական միջոցներից յուրաքանչյուր ամիս 6000 դոլար աշխատավարձ է ստանում, իսկ ՀԱՕԿ-ը, որպես կանոն, մշտապես հոգացել է, որպեսզի բացարձակապես բոլոր մարզիկների հետ կապված ցանկացած հարց անմիջապես լուծում ստանա, այս դեպքը ևս չէր կարող անտեսվեր և ուշադրության չարժանանար:

Ամփոփելով նշենք, որ սա ուղղակի հերթական պրիմիտիվ և անհեռատես քայլն է վակրաբեկել մի մարդու՝առանց որի հայկական սպորտն ուղղակի չէր հասնի նման բարձունքի:
