ՊԵԿ –ը մարզերում ապօրինի գործունեության դեպքեր է բացահայտել. ընկերությունը պետությանը պատճառել է շուրջ 50,5 մլն դրամի վնաս

 Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի oպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության մարզային թիվ 10-րդ (Գեղարքունիքի) բաժնի աշխատակիցները պարզել են, որ քաղաքացի Ա. Ջ.-ն, 2017թ. հուլիսին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում հիմնադրելով «ԷՅ ՋԻ» ՍՊԸ-ն, կատարել է մի շարք չարաշահումներ: Վերջինս իր անվամբ ձևակերպել է օդափոխման, սառեցման և տաքացման համակարգերի տեղադրման ծառայություններ, ինչպես նաև ապրանքների վաճառքներ` յոթ ընկերությունների: Սակայն ձևավորված հարկվող օբյեկտների վերաբերյալ հարկային հաշվարկներ ընկերությունը չի ներկայացրել՝ պետությանը պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ ավելի քան 50,5 մլն դրամի վնաս: Պետությանը պատճառված առանձնապես խոշոր չափի վնասի նախնական հաշվարկը և նախապատրաստված նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՊԵԿ հետաքննության վարչություն՝ հետագա ընթացքը լուծելու նպատակով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Մեկ այլ դեպքով էլ պարզվել է, որ Մարտունու բնակիչ Լ. Հ.-ն, առանց պետական գրանցման և հարկային մարմնում հաշվառման, նոյեմբերի 1-ից 9-ը կազմակերպել է հանրային սննդի՝ գիշերային դիսկո-բարի գործունեություն: Հարուցվել է վարչական վարույթ, նախապատրաստվում են լրացուցիչ նյութեր պետությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը որոշելու և համապատասխան պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու նպատակով:

Իսկ ՊԵԿ ՕՀՎ մարզային թիվ 15-րդ (Վայոց ձորի) բաժնի իրականացրած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներով պարզվել է, որ Հ. Ս.-ն այս տարվա մայիսից, առանց ընդերքօգտագործման թույլտվության, Վայոց ձորի մարզի Գողթանիկ բնակավայրի հարակից տարածքից բազալտե բեկորներ է արդյունահանել: Վերջինս 110 խմ ծավալով բազալտի բեկորները վերածել է սալիկի, որոնք էլ իրացվել են Վայոց ձորի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերում՝ 1 խմ-ը5000 դրամով: Ընդհանուր ձեռնարկատիրական եկամուտը կազմել է 550 հազար դրամ: ՀՀ hարկային օրենսգրքի 407 հոդվածի համաձայն՝ ապօրինի գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու դեպքում գանձվում է տուգանք՝ ձեռնարկատիրական եկամտի 50%-ի չափով, ինչպես նաև ընդերքօգտագործման թույլտվության համար պետական տուրք է գանձվում 500 հազար դրամի չափով: Արդյունահանված և իրացված բազալտե սալիկների իրական ծավալները և պետությանը պատճառած վնասի չափը ճշտվում է:

ՊԵԿ ՕՀՎ մարզային թիվ 11-րդ (Արարատի) բաժնի աշխատակիցներն Արարատի մարզում արձանագրել են ֆիզիկական անձի կողմից առանց համապատասխան լիցենզիայի արտարժույթի առքուվաճառքով զբաղվելու փաստ: Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: ՕՀՎ աշխատակիցները բացահայտել են նաև լիցենզավորման ենթակա՝ ատամնատեխնիկական գործունեության ապօրինի կազմակերպման երկու դեպք: Պետությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը հաշվարկվում է:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղքն ապացուցված չէ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
