Պետնախարար Մարտիրոսյանն ընդունել է Արցախի պետական համալսարանի մի խումբ ուսանողների

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը նոյեմբերի 16-ին ուսանողների միջազգային օրվան ընդառաջ Արցախի պետական համալսարանի ղեկավարության առաջարկ-նախաձեռնությամբ հանդիպել է բուհի ղեկավարության և ուսանողական ակտիվի հետ։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, շնորհավորելով ուսանողներին գալիք տոնի կապակցությամբ՝ պետնախարարն ուսումնական հաջողությունների իր մաղթանքն է հղել վերջիններիս՝ կարևորելով նմանօրինակ հանդիպումներն ու ուսանողների արտահամալսարանական ակտիվությունը։

Այնուհետև պետնախարարն ըստ ոլորտների համառոտ ներկայացրել է Արցախի տնտեսության ներկա կացությունն ու առաջընթացը։ 

Անդրադառնալով գյուղատնտեսությանը՝ Գ․ Մարտիրոսյանը շեշտադրել է ինտենսիվ գյուղատնտեսության զարգացումը և դրա համատեքստում կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգի հետևողական ներդրումը՝ ապահովելու համար գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքում ծավալ-որակ համամասնության պահպանումը։ Պետնախարարը նշել է, որ ոլորտում կառավարության տեսլականն ըստ ենթաճյուղերի գործող հայեցակարգին համահունչ զարգացումն է:

 Խոսելով էներգետիկայի մասին՝ Գ․ Մարտիրոսյանը հայտնել է, որ Արցախն էներգետիկ արտադրանքի առումով ինքնաբավությունից արդեն անցում է կատարել արտահանողի կարգավիճակի։ Ասվածն առավել մատչելի դարձնելու համար Գ․ Մարտիրոսյանն ուսանողներին տեղեկացրել է, որ հիդրոէներգետիկ ոլորտում Արցախը թերևս մեծ ներուժ ունի, և զուգահեռաբար շարունակվելու է արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացումը։ «Ուզում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ Արցախում ամբողջությամբ զարգացնում ենք վերականգնվող էներգիան, կամ, այսպես կոչված, կանաչ էներգիան: Այդ առումով մեր հանրապետությունը աշխարհում առաջատարներից է»,- նշել է Գ․ Մարտիրոսյանը։

Հաջորդիվ պետնախարարը խոսել է բնակարանաշինությանը պետական աջակցության մասին։ «Ներկայումս արդեն մեկնարկել է սոցիալական կամ մատչելի բնակարանաշինության ծրագիր, սահմանել ենք պետության համար ցանկալի ֆինանսատեխնիկական չափանիշներ՝ այդ մասին տեղեկացնելով պոտենցիալ ներդրողներին։ Փոխարենը պետությունն իր կողմից իրականացնելու է որոշ ծախսերի համաֆինանսավորում, այդ թվում՝ շինտարածքի ապահովում, արտաքին բարեկարգում և հաղորդակցային ապահովում»,- տեղեկացրել է պետնախարարը։ 

Հանդիպման ավարտին Գ․ Մարտիրոսյանը պատասխանել է ուսանողներին հուզող հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերում էին ամենատարբեր թեմաների՝ սկսած ԱրՊՀ շենքային պայմաններից և լաբորատոր վերազինումից մինչև երիտասարդական նորարարական բիզնես ծրագրերի և արտերկրյա ուսումնառության պետական խրախուսում։

 

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև Արցախի պետական համալսարանի ռեկտոր Արմեն Սարգսյանը և կրթության, գիտության ու սպորտի նախարար Նարինե Աղաբալյանը։
