SOCIETYԵս ներգրավված եմ ադրբեջանական գերության մեջ հայտնված Կարեն Ղազարյանի ճակատագրի հետ կապված գործընթացին: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը:
Նոյեմբերի 16-ին ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ կողմից հայկական սահմանամերձ գյուղերի գնդակոծման վերաբերյալ արտահերթ զեկույցը ներկայացնելիս նրան են դիմել Կարեն Ղազարյանի ծնողները, օմբուդսմենի ներկայացուցիչները մի քանի անգամ այցելել են Ղազարյանի ծնողներին:
Նրա խոսքով, ծնորղները վախենում են, որ որդու նկատմամբ խոշտանգումներ կկիրառվեն՝ հաշվի առնելով նախորդ դեպքերը: «Ինչպես գիտեք, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փորձում էին նրան դիվերսանտ ներկայացնել: Կարեն Ղազարյանը քաղաքացիական անձ է, նա երբեք չի ծառայել, եւ նա հոգեկան առողջության հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի: Ծնողները գանգատվում են, որ որդու մասին քիչ տեղեկություններ ունեն»,- նշեց օմբուդսմենը՝ հավելելով, որ դիմել է ՄԱԿ եւ ԵԽ հանձնակատարներին, աշխատանք է տարվում ԿԽՄԿ հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ:
