«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին հրապարակվեցին ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակցող քաղաքական ուժերի համամասնական ցուցակները, ինչին հետևեցին բուռն և հագեցած քննարկումներ: Հասկանալի պատճառներով քաղաքական պրոցեսների հանդեպ ուշադրությունը աճել է, ու հատկապես նախընտրական ցուցակները գտնվում են հանրության խոշորացույցի ներքո: Սակայն համամասնական ցուցակների շուրջ տիրող քննարկումներին զուգահեռ հարկ է հիշեցնել, որ ընտրություններն, ամեն դեպքում, անցնելու են ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով:

Այս հանգամանքը գուցե էական դերակատարություն չունի արդեն իսկ նաև ռեյտինգային ամբողջ ցուցակը հրապարակած իշխող կուսակցության և «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի հաղթանակի համար, քանի որ նույնիսկ ռեյտինգային համակարգի դեպքում առաջնային է լինելու Փաշինյանի անձը: Սակայն մյուս ուժերի, հատկապես ընտրությունների ինտրիգ հանդիսացող ՀՀԿ–ի դեպքում ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի հանգամանքը կենսական է: Ինչքան էլ հրապարակված ՀՀԿ ցուցակն առաջացնի հակասական էմոցիաներ, պատկերը ավելի իրատեսական ու ամբողջական կարող  է դառնալ միայն այդ կուսակցության ու նաև մյուս ուժերի ռեյտինգային ցուցակներն ամբողջությամբ հրապարակելուց հետո միայն: 

Գործող Ընտրական օրենսգրքով ընտրությունների անցկացումն ու ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի պահպանումը՝ մի կողմից, քաղաքական իրավիճակի փոփոխությունն, ու ըստ այդ իրավիճակի ռեյտինգային թեկնածուների դերի և ազդեցության վերափոխումը՝ մյուս կողմից, բավական հետաքրքիր ինտրիգ են մտցրել ընտրություններում: Արդյոք նախկին համակարգի վերարտադրությունը ապահովող ռեյտինգային համակարգը կկարողանա ապահովել այս կամ այն ուժի ներկայությունը խորհրդարանում, կամ ինչպե՞ս այդ ընտրակարգի հետ կներդաշնակեցվի իշխանության ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քարոզչությունը, վերջիններիս պոտենցիալ ընտրողների վարքը: Սրանք հարցեր են, որոնց վերջնական պատասխանը կտա ընտրությունների արդյունքը, բայց ռեյտինգային ցուցակների հրապարակումը կարող է առնվազն միջանկյալ պատկերել ընտրական պրոցեսի իրական ընթացքը, որն, ինչպես նշեցինք, բավականին կախված է հենց ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգից:
