SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կայանալիք արտահերթ ընտրութուններում 2010 ընտրական տեղամասից 1500-ից կապահովվի ուղիղ հեռարձակում: Այսպիսի որոշում ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը կայացրեց նոյեմբերի 15-ի արտահերթ նիստում:
«Այսօր ԿԸՀ-ում ստացվել է ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի գրությունը, որով առաջարկվում է, որպեսզի ԿԸՀ-ն կայացնի որոշում` թույլ տալով UCOM ՍՊԸ-ին կազմակերպելու ընտրական տեղամասերից քվեարկության ընթացքի և քվեարկության արդյունքների ամփոփման գործընթացի տեսանկարահանում և միաժամանակյա ուղիղ ժամանակային ռեժիմում հատուկ ստեղծված կայքի կամ կայքերի միջոցով համացանցային հեռարձակում իրականացնել: Ուղիղ հեռարձակումը կիրականացվի շուրջ 1500 տեղամասում տեսանկարահանման սարքեր տեղադրելու միջոցով»,- նշեց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Մուկուչյանը նշեց, որ մնացած ընտրատեղամասերում հեռարձակում չապահովելու խնդիրը զուտ տեխնիկական է: «Նախ անհրաժեշտ է որոշակի տեխնիկական պահանջների բավարարում, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի իրականացնել տեղամասերից ուղիղ ժամանակային ռեժիմում հեռարձակումը, բայց պետք է նկատի ունենալ մի շատ կարևոր հանգամանք, որ, ըստ էության, այդ 1500 տեղամասն ընդգրկում է ընտրողների ընդհանուր թվի 90 և ավելի տոկոսը:
Այն տեղամասերում, որտեղ մենք չենք ունենա տեղադրված տեսախցիկներ, շատ փոքր է ընտրողների թիվը, դրանք գյուղական բնակավայրեր են, որտեղ, պայմանավորված տեխնիկական պայմաններով, ես նկատի ունեմ ինտերնետ հասանելիությունը, անհնար է այդ գործընթացի կազմակերպումը»,- ասաց Մուկուչյանը:
