Վաչագան Ղազարյանը կալանավորվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի թիկնազորի պետ Վաչագան Ղազարյանը կալանավորվել է, այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեցին Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից:
Ավելի վաղ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնի պետ Արևիկ Խաչատրյանն ասել էր, որ Վաչագան Ղազարյանը կկալանավորվի։
«Վճռաբեկ դատարանը բավարարել է Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի բողոքը՝ օրինական ուժ տալով առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը՝ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու և գրավի կիրառումը անթույլատրելի ճանաչելու»,- ասել էր Խաչատրյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Վաչագան Ղազարյանն ազատ էր արձակվել Վերաքննիչ դատարանի սահմանած 1 միլիարդ դրամ գրավի դիմաց:
Վաչագան Ղազարյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի հարստացման մեջ, նա ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերում թաքցրել է իր ունեցած դրամական միջոցների իրական չափի մասին հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալները: Մասնավորապես, ըստ ՀՔԾ-ի, քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Վաչագան Ղազարյանն իր՝ 2017թ. գույքի, եկամուտների և փոխկապակցված անձանց հայտարարագրում, ինչպես նաև պաշտոնեական պարտականությունները դադարեցնելու օրվա՝ 2018թ. մայիսի 17-ի դրությամբ առկա գույքի, եկամուտների և փոխկապակցված անձանց հայտարարագրում թաքցրել է իր ունեցած դրամական միջոցների իրական չափի մասին հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալները, որը հանգեցրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույքի՝ 460.000.000 ՀՀ դրամի, 615.268.944 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք՝ 1.272.900 ԱՄՆ դոլարի և 124.371.180 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 218.000 եվրոյի չհայտարարագրմանը:
