Ուրցաձորի համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություն կնշանակվի

Վաղը` կառավարության հերթական նիստին կառավարությունը որոշում կկայացնի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձորի համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություն նշանակելու և անցկացնելու մասին որոշման նախագիծը:

Ըստ հիմնավորման` Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձոր համայնքի  ղեկավար Ռաֆիկ Անդրեասյանը համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում ընտրվել էր 2016 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 18-ին կայացած համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրության արդյունքում: Ռաֆիկ Անդրեասյանը 2018 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին հրաժարական է ներկայացրել:

Այսպիսոով Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձոր համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրության անցկացման օրը կլինի 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանը  վարչապետին ուղղված բողոքի հետքերով այցելել էր Ուրցաձոր, հանդիպել բողոքի ակցիայի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ովքեր պահանջում են գյուղապետի հրաժարականը: Դավիթ Սանասարյանը նաև հանդիպել էր Ռաֆիկ Անդրեասյանի հետ:

Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձոր խոշորացված համայնքի 3 գյուղերի մի խումբ բնակիչներ տևական ժամանակ է՝ բողոքի ակցիաներ էին իրականացնում գյուղապետարանի մոտ՝ պահանջելով համայնքը 19 տարի ղեկավարող Ռաֆիկ Անդրեասյանի հրաժարականը: Բողոքող գյուղացիները պնդում էին, որ Ռաֆիկ Անդրեասյանը համայնքապետի պաշտոնում բազմաթիվ չարաշահումներ է թույլ տվել:  Ի վերջո Ռաֆիկ Անդրեասյանը հրաժարական էր տվել և հայտարարել, որ մյուս ընտրություններին առաջադրելու է իր թեկնածությունը:

Նշենք նաև, որ փետրվարի 17-ին  Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Գեղի համայնքի ղեկավարի, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ակունքի համայնքի ղեկավարի, Արարատի մարզի Արևաբույրի համայնքի ղեկավարի, Վայոց ձորի մարզի Մալիշկայի համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություններ են նշանակվել:
