Որոշում եմ կայացրել չմասնակցել գալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին։
Համարում եմ, որ այս փուլում շատ ավելի մեծ դերակատարություն կարող եմ ստանձնել հայրենի մարզի ու մեր հայրենիքի տնտեսական մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու, տնտեսական զարգացման նախաձեռնություններ առաջ տանելու հարցում։
Ծրագրերն ու գաղափարները, որոնք սկսել եմ կյանքի կոչել դեռ Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ լինելու ժամանակահատվածից, այս ընթացքում, ոչ միայն չեն նվազել, այլ ավելացել են ու հաստատ էլի կավելանան։
Բայց չմասնակցել ընտրություններին, հրաժարվել պատգամավոր դառնալու հնարավորությունից ամենևին չի նշանակում, որ ես կտրելու եմ կապը՝ միշտ իմ թիկունքին կանգնած արտաշատցիներից ու Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներից, այլ հակառակը՝ էլ ավելի մեծ ջանքերով ու նվիրումով եմ աջակցելու և կանգնելու իմ հայրենակիցների կողքին՝ ուժերիս ներածին չափով ծառայելու՝ իմ ժողովրդին։
Պաշտոնը կամ մանդատը չէ՝ իմ և ժողովրդի կապը, այլ՝ սերն ու նվիրումը, հարգանքն ու պատասխանատվությունը, որն իմ և իմ հայրենակիցների միջև միշտ եղել է փոխադարձ, որի համար հայտնում եմ իմ խորին երախտագիտությունը իմ սիրելի հայրենակիցներ։
