Եվրոպական երկրներ կատարած իմ վերջին այցի ընթացքում, տեղեկացնելով ներդրումային որոշ ծրագրերի մասին, ասել էի, որ պետք է սպասել լավ նորությունների: Ուրախ եմ արձանագրել, որ այցի ժամանակ և դրան հաջորդած ինտենսիվ քննարկումներից հետո հաջողությամբ ավարտել ենք ավելի քան 100 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ ներդրումային նախագծի իրականացման շուրջ բանակցությունները:

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, Արցախի նախագահի խորհրդական Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։  

«Արդյունքում շատ շուտով օտարերկրյա ներդրումներով կմեկնարկի Սարսանգի աջափնյա ջրանցքի կառուցումը, որի շինաշխատանքները կտևեն մի քանի տարի և որը թույլ կտա ջրամբարի ջուրը կասկադի միջոցով ինքնահոս կերպով տեղափոխել դեպի Մարտակերտ շրջկենտրոնի հարակից դաշտեր՝ հիմնելով 3 նոր ջրամբար և ոռոգովի դարձնելով ավելի քան 10,000 հեկտար հողատարածք: Ծրագիր, որին շատ երկար ենք սպասել, և որն, իմ պատկերացմամբ, դառնալու է Արցախի տնտեսական ամենախոշոր նախագծերից մեկը և ենթաշրջանի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման երաշխավորը:

Ի գիտություն նշեմ, որ ոռոգման համակարգը մեր հանրապետությունում մեծ ներդրումների կարիք ունի: Այսօրվա դրությամբ ունենք մինչև 10,000 հեկտար ոչ կանոնավոր ոռոգվող այգի ու դաշտ, որը կազմում է մշակվող հողատարածքների մոտ 10 տոկոսը: Այսինքն նոր ծրագրով նախատեսում են ավելի քան կրկնապատկել առկա ծավալը:

Ներդրողների հետ պայմանավորվել ենք նաև ջրատարն ապահովող կասկադի վրա նոր ՀԷԿ-երի կառուցման մասին, ինչը կավելացնի էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ծավալը՝ խթանելով դրա արտահանումը:Ի դեպ, այս տարվա ինը ամիսների տվյալներով՝ մեր հանրապետությունում արտադրվել է ավելի քան 290 մլն ԿՎտ էլեկտրաէներգիա, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ՝ աճել է 20.5 տոկոսով: Նշված ծավալից ներքին սպառման համար օգտագործվել է 267 մլն ԿՎտ-ն: Իսկ առաջիկա տարիներին հանրապետությունում արտադրվող էլեկտրաէներգիայի ծավալը նախատեսում ենք հասցնել մինչև 1 մլրդ ԿՎտ-ի:

Ներդրող ընկերության բաժնետերերը, որոնք հայկական ծագում չունեն, իրենց կարևոր մասնակցությունը կունենան նաև այգեգործության զարգացման գործում: Այս օրերին Արցախում են գտնվում այդ ընկերության պատասխանատուները, որոնց հետ արդեն քննարկում ենք ծրագրի մեկնարկի ժամկետներն ու տեխնիկական որոշ հարցեր: Հավատացեք, որ հեռու չէ այն օրը, երբ Մարտակերտի դաշտավայրային հատվածը կդառնա ծաղկուն գոտի, որտեղ կստեղծվեն տասնյակ վերամշակող ընկերություններ և հազարավոր նոր աշխատատեղեր:

Նշեմ նաև, որ աշխատանքներն այսքանով չեն ավարտվում, քանի որ Սփյուռքի մեր բարերարների հետ այս օրերին ավարտում ենք բարեգործական մի շարք ծրագրերի քննարկումը, որոնց մասին կտեղեկացնեմ ավելի ուշ: Սպասե՜ք լավ լուրերի»,– գրել է Հարությունյանը։
