«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ ԱԺ–ում բյուջեի նախագծի ներկայացման ժամանակ բավական ծավալուն ելույթով հանդես եկավ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ելույթն առավելապես տնտեսական էր, ակնհայտ էր, որ քաղաքական բաղադրիչը ելույթում գերակշիռ էր: Անշուշտ, տնտեսությունը քաղաքականության շարունակությունն է, քաղաքականությունն էլ՝ տնտեսության: Միանշանակ այս երկու բաղադրիչները շաղկապված են, առանց մեկի մյուսն, ըստ էության, անհնար է պատկերացնել ու քննարկել: Սակայն, այսքանով հանդերձ, պարզ է, որ տնտեսական իրողությունները միշտ չէ, որ 100 տոկոսով ենթարկվում են քաղաքական տրամաբանությանը, ավելին՝ միշտ չէ, որ քաղաքական տրամաբանությամբ հնարավոր է խոսել տնտեսության մասին:

Որոշակի իմաստով սա, իհարկե, կարելի է բացատրել երկրում առաջնային համարվող քաղաքական խնդիրներով: Բայց այդ խնդիրների, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ երկրում առկա սպասելիքների բարձր շեմի ու դրանց բավարարման հիմքում ընկած է արդյունավետ տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը: Մեծ հաշվով, հանրությանը չի հետաքրքրում, թե քաղաքական ինչ տրամաբանությամբ է վերակառուցվելու երկրի տնտեսությունը: Հետևաբար ընթացիկ, հեղափոխական իներցիայից բխող քաղաքական լեքսիկոնը կարող է հոգնեցնել, հատկապես, երբ չկա տնտեսության մասին առարկայական զրույց: 

Փաշինյանն ու նոր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները 2019թ. բյուջեն հաճախ անվանում են իներցիոն: Սակայն, ըստ էության, իներցիոն է ոչ թե բյուջեն, այլ այդ բյուջեի քաղաքական նկարագիրը: Պարզապես իներցիան այս դեպքում հեղափոխական է: Հարց է մնում՝ ինչքա՞ն դեռ կբավարարի այդ իներցիայի ուժը:
