Ադրբեջանում գերեվարված Կարեն Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ դատական գործընթացի բեմականացումը միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետությունը համապատասխան աշխատանքներ է տանում Ադրբեջանում գերեվարված Հայաստանի քաղաքացի Կարեն Ղազարյանին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ: Նոյեմբերի 13-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը: «Մեր հայրենակցին հայրենիք վերադարձնելու հարցը շարունակում է մնալ մեր օրակարգում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Նաղդալյանը:
Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանում Կարեն Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ դատական գործընթաց սկսելու վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ Աննա Նաղդալյանը շեշտեց՝ ի սկզբանե հստակ էր, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փորձելու են անհայտ պայմաններում Ադրբեջանի տարածքում հայտնված ՀՀ քաղաքացու ներգրավմամբ թատերական ներկայացում բեմականացնել՝ տեսախցիկների առջև վերջինիս ներկայացնելով որպես դիվերսանտի, սակայն նրանց առաջնային սցենարը, կարծես, տապալվեց, քանի որ Կարեն Ղազարյանն ունի հոգեկան խնդիրներ, և պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության չէր զորակոչվել: Հայաստանը Կարեն Ղազարյանի առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ բոլոր ապացույցները միջազգային կազմակերպությունների միջոցով փոխանցել էր, որոնք ակնհայտորեն անտեսվել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից: Փաստացի դատական գործընթաց բեմականացնելով՝ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է ծանր մեղադրանքով մեղադրել ակնհայտ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդու, ինչը միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտում է»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը:
Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ այս ամբողջ ֆարսը հետապնդում է մեկ նպատակ՝ առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդուն ներկայացնել որպես հանցագործ և որոշակիորեն հավասարության նշան դնել ծանր հանցագործություն իրականացնելու համար Արցախում դատապարտված երկու դիվերսանտի միջև: «Հիշեցնեմ, որ 2015թ. Արցախի դատարանի կողմից դատապարտվել է երկու ադրբեջանցի, ովքեր մեղադրվում են սահմանն անօրինական հատելու, զենք կրելու, ատելության պատճառներից ելնելով անչափահասին սպանելու, անչափահասի նկատմամբ զենքի գործադրմամբ բռնություն կիրառելու, իսկ նրանցից մեկը՝ ևս երկու հոգու նկատմամբ սպանություն կատարելու փորձի մեջ: Ադրբեջանը փորձում է այստեղ որոշակի հավասարության նշան դնել, բայց իրականում դա նրանց դժվար թե հաջողվի»,- ասաց Նաղդալյանը:
