VIDEOԳործարար Սիլվա Գալստյանի սպանության գործով այսօրվա դատական նիստին մեղադրողը միջնորդեց ամբաստանյալ Ալբերտ Մոմջյանին դատապարտել 23 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Ըստ մեղադրողի՝ ամբողջովին ապացուցվել է Մոմջյանի մեղավորությունն իր տատիկ Սիլվա Գալստյանի` շուրջ 3 միլիոն դրամ արժողության ոկսեղենը գողանալու և նրան դաժանաբար սպանելու մեջ: Մեղադրողի գնահատմամբ՝ ամբաստնյալի՝ դատարանում տրված ցուցմունքները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը, նա դրանով ցանկանում է ավելի մեղմ պատժի արժանանալ:
Նշենք, որ Ալբերտ Մոմջյանը հայտարարել էր, թե սպանությունը դիտավորյալ չի կատարվել, ինքը հարվածել է տատին, վերջինս էլ գետնին է ընկել, գլուխը խփել է հատակին ու մահացել: Սակայն գործում առկա փորձագիտական եզրակացություններն ու ապացույցները հերքում են այդ վարկածը: Փորձաքննություններից ստացված արդյունքներով՝ տուժողին խեղդամահ են արել:
Ավելին, մեղադրողի խոսքով` Ալբերտը ոչ միայն սպանել է տատին, այլև «նրա դին այրել ու դարձրել է վայրի կենդանիների կերակուր»: Մեղադրող դատախազը նշեց, որ ամբաստանյալի այն խոսքերը, թե տատն է իրեն տվել ոսկեղենը, որպեսզի ինքը կարողանա մարել պարտքերը չեն կարող հավաստի լինել, քանի որ սպանված կինը ֆինանսապես ապահովված էր և կարող էր պարտքերը մարելու հարցում միանգամից գումարով օգնել, ոչ թե ոսկեղենով: Մեղադրողը ներկայացրեց սպանության՝ նախաքննությամբ ապացուցված համարվող դրվագները:
Այսպես, 24-ամյա Ալբերտ Մոմջյանը, ժամանակավորապես բնակվելով իր տատ Սիլվա Գալստյանին պատկանող բնակարանում, շարունակաբար հափշտակել է վերջինիս պատկանող 2.963.000 ՀՀ դրամ արժողության ոսկյա զարդեր:
Այնուհետև, իր կատարած հանցանքը թաքցնելու նպատակով, կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով` պարանոցի օրգանները սեղմելով, ձեռքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել իր տատին ու սպանել նրան: Ապա՝ գիշերը սպանվածի դին «Տոյոտա Պրադո» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել է Կոտայքի մարզի Գառնի գյուղից դեպի Արտաշատի տարածաշրջան տանող ավտոճանապարհի հարակից տարածք և այրել:
Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին Սիլվա Գալստյանի դին հայտնաբերվել է նշված վայրում` մասնատված, այրված և կենդանիների կողմից հոշոտված վիճակում: Ի դեպ, սրա հետ կապված` թոռն ասել է, թե ինքն այրել է տատու շորերը, իսկ դատարանի հարցին՝ այդ դեպքում ինչպե՞ս է դին մինչև ոսկորներն այրվել, պատասխանել է, թե չգիտի:
