Բանդուրյանի ազատ արձակվելու վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը մեր զրույցում հաստատեցին ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿԾ հանրային կպերի բաժնից:
Բանդուրյանը մեղադրվում է զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու համար: Նա հոկտեմբերի 12-ի լույս 13-ի գիշերը կրակոցներ էր հնչեցրել Հյուսիսային պողոտայում գտնվող ակումբներից մեկում:
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Հյուսիսային պողոտայում գտնվող «Հուկման» ակումբում: Ըստ ոստիկանության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին ոստիկանությունում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ նույն օրը ժամը 2-ին Հյուսիսային պողոտայի ակումբներից մեկում Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ Արա Բանդուրյանը, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, ակումբի աշխատակիցների եւ հաճախորդների ներկայությամբ իր մոտ եղած դեռեւս չպարզված ատրճանակով մի քանի անգամ կրակոցներ է արձակել: Ոստիկանության ծառայողների իրականացրած բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ Արա Բանդուրյանը ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին: Ոստիկանությունը նաեւ տեսանյութ էր տարածել, թե ինչպես է Բանդուրյանը կրակոցներ արձակում ակումբի պատի ուղղությամբ:
