Թուրքական թերթի դեմ քրգործ է հարուցվել՝ «հանրապետության նախագահին վիրավորելու» մեղադրանքով

Թուրքիայում հրապարակվող «Bırgün» թերթի դեմ «հանրապետության նախագահին վիրավորելու» մեղադրանքով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել։ Սակայն, որքան էլ զարմանալի է, դրա համար հիմք են հանդիսացել ոչ թե Էրդողանի, այլ նրա փեսա, Թուրքիայի գանձապետարանի և ֆինանսների նախարար Բերաթ Ալբայրաքի մասին թերթում կատարված հրապարակումները։

Ինչպես նկատել է տալիս թուրքական ընդդիմադիր «Diken» լրատվակայքը՝ նշված հրապարակման մեջ Էրդողանի անունը հիշատակվում է միայն մեկ անգամ՝ հետևյալ համատեքստում․

«Բերաթ Ալբայրաքի աշխատանքային թիմում գտնվող Մեդեթ Նեբի Յանըքը ամուսնացել է նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում նշանակված Ահմեթ Մինդերի դստեր՝ Հանդենուրի հետ։ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ազգական Ահմեթ Մինդերի մյուս դուստրը՝ Սաադեթ Նուր Մինդերը, ամուսնացել է ներքին գործերի նախարար Սուլեյման Սոյլուի որդու՝ Էնգին Լևենթ Սոյլուի հետ», հայտնում է Ermenihaber-ը։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ հոդվածը, որի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրգործը, արծարծում է այն հարցը, որ Բերաթ Ալբայրաքը որևէ պաշտոնում նշանակվելիս միշտ իր հետ տեղափոխում և բարձր պաշտոն է տալիս նաև Մեդեթ Նեբի Յանըքին։ Հոդվածում, բացի վերոհիշյալ մեջբերումից, Էրդողանի մասին որևէ այլ հայտարարություն տեղ չի գտել։

Ինչևէ, «Birgün» թերթը արդեն դատարանի որոշմամբ հրապարակել է վերոնշյալ հոդվածում և ավելի վաղ հրապարակված մեկ այլ նմանատիպ հոդվածում Ալբայրաքի վերաբերյալ հնչեցված պնդումների հերքումը։ Նույն հրապարակման մեջ տեղ է գտել նաև Թուրքիայի գանձապետարանի և ֆինանսների նախարարության պատասխանը հոդվածում հնչեցված մեղադրանքներին։

Հայտնի է նաև, որ հարուցված քրգործի շրջանակներում հոդվածի հեղինակը 7 օրվա ընթացքում կկանչվի հարցաքննության։
