ՊԵԿ ավագ հարկային տեսուչն օժանդակել է 5 մլն դրամ կաշառք տալու փորձին. մանրամասներ
SOCIETYՀՀ ՊԵԿ պաշտոնատար անձին միջնորդի միջոցով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի կաշառք տալու փորձերի եւ պետական ծառայություն իրականացնող ՊԵԿ պաշտոնատար անձի՝ իր պաշտոնեական կարգավիճակն օգտագործելով, կաշառք տվողի ու ստացողի միջեւ համաձայնությանը նպաստելու վերաբերյալ ՊԵԿ քննչական ծառայությունից ստացված տեղեկատվության կապակցությամբ նախապատրաստված նյութերով ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ։
Ոստիկանությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ գործի նախաքննության շրջանակում, Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության, ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ եւ ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցների ձեռնարկած միջոցառման արդյունքում, ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ ՊԵԿ ավագ հարկային տեսուչ Արտակ Պետրոսյանը, տեղյակ լինելով ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում քննվող մի ընկերության վերաբերյալ քրեական գործի մասին, իրեն ծանոթ՝ այդ ընկերության հաշվապահությունն իրականացնող գրասենյակի փոխտնօրեն Արտյոմ Գասպարյանին համոզել ու դրդել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալ։
Ըստ Պետրոսյանի՝ կաշառքը հասցեատերերին հասնելու դեպքում քրեական գործի վարույթը պետք է կարճվեր։ Ստանալով Գասպարյանի համաձայնությունը՝ Պետրոսյանը 2018 թ․ հունիս-հոկտեմբեր ամիսներին նրանից խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 5․000․000 դրամ։
Հոկտեմբերի 30-ին Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը որոշում է կայացրել ձերբակալել Արտակ Պետրոսյանին, ինչը հանձնարարվել է ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ աշխատակիցներին։
Նոյեմբերի 1-ին, ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի եւ տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հացագործությունների հակազդման վարչության եւ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության աշխատակիցների համատեղ միջոցառման արդյունքում, Արտակ Պետրոսյանը հայտնաբերվել է Հանրապետության հրապարակում եւ, կաշառք տալու փորձին օժանդակելու եւ խաբեությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու կասկածանքով, բերման է ենթարկվել ոստիկանություն, ապա ներկայացվել նախաքննական մարմին։ Նախաքննական մարմին ներկայացվել է նաեւ Արտյոմ Գասպարյանը։
Հարուցված քրեական գործի քննության ընթացքում Արտակ Պետրոսյանը կալանավորվել է կաշառք տալու փորձին օժանդակելու եւ խաբեությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու, իսկ Արտյոմ Գասպարյանը՝ կաշառք տալու փորձի մեղադրանքով։
