ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի ամենահավանական թեկնածուն Բելառուսի ներկայացուցիչն է. Коммерсантъ
SOCIETYՀավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությունում (ՀԱՊԿ) քննարկում են գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասին նշանակելու հարցը:
Այս մասին հայտնում է Коммерсантъ-ը՝ նշելով, որ վերջնական որոշումը դաշինքի անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները կկայացնեն նոյեմբերի 8-ին: Աղբյուրն ընդգծում է, որ «այս նշանակման շուրջ ինտրիգն այն է, որ թափուր պաշտոնին հավակնում է Հայաստանը, որի շնորհիվ էլ այն թափուր է դարձել»:
Աստանայում նոյեմբերի 8-ին ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները (Հայաստան, Ղազախստան, Ղրղզստան, Ռուսաստան, Տաջիկստան) կմասնակցեն Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստին: Ակնկալվում է, որ վերջակետ կդրվի ՀԱԿՊ-ի նոր գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցում:
Коммерсантъ-ի դիվանագիտական աղբյուրները կազմակերպության երեք երկրում հայտնում են, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ հաջորդ երեք տարվա ընթացքում ՀԱՊԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը կզբաղեցնի Բելառուսի ներկայացուցիչը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը թափուր է մնացել, երբ Հայաստանը հետ է կանչել իր ներկայացուցիչ յուրի Խաչատուրովին, որը կես տարի է պաշտոնավարել այդ պաշտոնում: Հետկանչման ընթացակարգերն ավարտին են մոտեցել նոյեմբերի 2-ին: Այդ օրվանից գլխավոր քարտուղարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է դարձել նրա տեղակալ Յուրի Սեմերիովը:
Առավել հավանական թեկնածու է հանդիսանում Ստանիսլավ Զասը. 54-ամյա գեներալ-մայորը 2015-ի նոյեմբերի 4-ից գլխավորում է Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարությունը:
